Arnold and his team were on schedule, including a call 30 minutes out for warranty work. They checked inside and out, confirming 3 entry holes where I thought squirrels were getting into the attic. They repaired holes with metal and replaced all the concrete tiles they had had to move. They even had a squirrel exit while they were working. Arnold and his team were thorough and courteous. Arnold and his crew did an outstanding job under difficult circumstances. They had to access hard to reach areas outdoors when the weather was very cold. For the first in almost 6 months, I have my house back and it no longer smells bad due to the rodent infestation I was dealing with all thanks to Critter Control. Yesterday they came to my aid and rescue and served the long overdue eviction notice to the rats that had taken over my house and made it into The Rats Nest Hotel.
The entire team that worked with me was beyond excellent from their customer service to the quality of their workmanship. Eluid, the crew leader, made sure that everything ran smoothly once the team arrived at my house. He gave me continuous updates on the progress of the team and went out of his way to pick up a replacement part for a piece of equipment that was needed to complete the job.
Sergio, the assistant crew leader, was the last to leave the property and made sure that everything had been completed above and beyond the standard. He also answered my questions and showed me everything that had been done before leaving.
Julien, the initial inspector, was the one that inspected my home. I cannot give enough praise for all that he did for my family and I. He has a heart for every person he meets with regardless of whether or not they choose to move forward with Critter Control. He is not your ordinary salesman that is focused on closing the deal by saying whatever needs to be done. He is a man full of compassion and generosity much in the same way as the owner of this fine company.
I had tried to save money by using another company, but wound up spending more money in the end because the previous company could not contain the problem. Critter Control are bona fide experts for a reason. They are well versed on the various rodents that target our homes, they utilize well-trained technicians to eradicate and control the nasty critters that should never be a part of anyone's home, AND they have heart which is a reflection of the ownership in more ways than one.
I highly recommend anyone dealing with wildlife of any type to give this company a first, second, and third look. I recently had problems with rodents in my attic who also ate the wires in my car's motor! After researching companies, I called Critter Control. They came out quickly, assessed the damage and suggested a plan to get the rodents under control. Arnold was terrific and very professional! Have been very satisfied with Critter Control. They always have returned my calls and done work in short order. They sent out Arnold and crew to seal the home, set traps and install an exit door. Julio and his team were very knowledgeable and efficient. Two more openings were found on my back wall, and those were sealed. One trap had a critter, and there will be another trap check on January 2. I would like Julio to come back and do that check since he knows what has been done already. The first team I had that checked for openings and set the traps was headed by Arnold. Again, I compliment him and his team for diligently working to help solve the problem. David came on the first trap check. Again like Arnold and Julio's teams, David was very professional and courteous. I appreciate your team members. I hope my problem is resolved soon. Very nice and helpful, reassured my coworker and I while we were flustered that they were going to fix the issue the best they could. They were able to address the issue and remove the dead animal smell after searching our entire building over and over, and didn't stop until they found the dead animal even after they didn't think they would find it. Today is my six year "racooniversary" as I've dubbed the day I discovered a family of raccoons had taken up residence in my attic. Nothing is scarier than having a large raccoon using the attic stairway trapdoor as a bouncy toy at 2 am. It causes panicked phone calls to animal control services.
Critter Control was the first service to return my call. And of the three I ultimately spoke to early the next morning, the only one with a sensible approach to trap and release the raccoons while also simultaneously sealing off their entry points to prevent additional home invasions.
Phillip showed me numerous photos of the rooftop, attic, and foundation entry points that my (then) current pest control service had missed and worked with me to present options for preventive measures as well as ways to abate the damage they had caused. While I did not select all of the options original presented, we worked on a plan that was within my current budget to address the most immediate concerns. I later brought the team back out to address other measures as needed.
I've used Critter Control exclusively for my pest control for the last six years. Phillip knows my property well and is always quick to address situations that could be forming. His visits are thorough and cover seasonal pests (like the dozen wasp nest formations he knocked down today) and include checks on how the past abatement work has progressed.
I'm very picky about my home vendors and couldn't be more satisfied with the services this group provides. They are not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. I've watched them work and the team is thorough and stands by their work and warranties. Phillip. 11/10/17 |

Everything went well on Wednesday the 18th, even though it was cold and rainy. Thought the crew would cancel the job, but they stayed with it for 5 hours. The team leader, Alvaro, was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained every step of the process of removing existing insulation and installing new insulation. The process took 8 hours to complete. The crew left the attic, yard and inside of the house spotless after their cleanup. All crew members were very polite, friendly and professional.
