The previous owners of our home had “pest issues.” We made aware of these issues by our home inspector. After moving in we attempted to rectify the issue ourselves. Then we hired a bug and pest company to assist in monitoring the situation. Come to find out our “pest issue” was a roof rat problem!!! We got 3 quotes for Roof Rat Remediation. Critter Controls bid was the one in the middle. Of the three companies, I felt I had the best report with Doug from CC. He followed up with me which allowed me to ask a few more questions for clarification. We ultimately booked with Critter Control and are thrilled we did!! The guys start from the ground to the roof, inside and out. They sucked out all the old insulation, sanitized and blew in new insulation! The workers were happy and helpful. Couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! Awesome Job!!

Today, Julien came to inspect my attic for rodents. Initially, I was informed by Terminx that I had a intensive rodent problem that needed addressed immediately. AfterJulien’s inspection, he stated that there was no IMMINENT rodent danger and assured me that there was no need to be afraid like I previously was when he arrived. He was very patient, very informative and knowledgeable about the services they provide. However, he did recommend that I get the preventative maintenance plan and/or repellent plan to avoid any future rodent problems.

Phillip Warren came to our house today to inspect our attic for squirrel and rat infestation. Phillip was diligent in his inspection and took pictures of his findings so that we could see the evidence. He went thoroughly through the pictures explaining what we were seeing. After recognizing the problem he then went into detail about the recommended plan of action and the benefits of doing so. He did not hesitate to answer any questions and was sure that we were satisfied. Everyone we worked with at Critter Control was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Michael came out to our home and thoroughly inspected our problem, then walked us through our various options. He and Critter Control showed a great deal of flexibility in helping us customize their service to fit our needs and budget. The next day Eliud and his crew arrived and went about implementing the measures we had chosen. Eliud took the time to carefully explain what would be done, and kept us updated on his crew’s progress. Once the work was completed, he showed us all the steps they had taken to remove our rodent problem, and prevent it from reoccurring. We were impressed with both men, their thoroughness, and their professionalism. The team did the work of attic remediation (removing old insulation, spraying disinfectant and placing new insulation) quickly, but they only did an average job on sealing the exterior of the home. There were several areas the initial Critter Control saleperson had assured me would be taken care of and these areas were either missed or only addressed after I brought it to their attention.
