Julien Perez did an inspection on my house in Wylie today. He was extremely professional and really nice! Julien went above and beyond to inspect the animal noise coming from my chimney. In the process, he checked the attic and found a rat infestation. It has been a long time since I can honestly say a rep of a company, Phillip W,. actually made me feel as though he was thoroughly concerned regarding our critter problem and the most expedient method of remedying it. It almost took a miracle to set up a same day appointment, but Phillip got it done. His detailed info and pictures of the situation were accurate. If he did not we would have had to find a place to stay until they could fit us in their schedule. I called "Critter control" after first contacting Fantastic Siding, in Grapevine. Fantastic Siding did the exterior of our home three years ago. We recently noticed "knawing" (teeth marks) on the installed Hardy Board facia. Fantastic Siding recommended that we call Critter Control to identify what was attempting to "eat the facia board".
Philip W was assigned to do the inspection. He called in advance to coordinate the home visit. He was on time, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I now know enough about "rats", fermones. Points of entry, critter cams, dturents, and why rats return to gain entry into our home. ................more than enough knowledge to be "dangerous".
The highest complement I can say about "Phillip W." is that if I was starting a company I would want him "working for me!" He is a "keeper", and a credit to your company.
