The team did an outstanding job on plugging any openings around the home. However, I was disappointed that they left screws and nail gun parts on my driveway. The resulted in a flat tire on my truck that could not be patched so I had to buy a new Michelin tire. I recommend your teams be briefed on clean up work areas to keep that from happening. Philip was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He educated me on my options and worked with me on a solution that fit my needs and budget. Once we agreed on the service to be provided, Critter Control was out to perform the job the very next day. During the service appointment Julio was also very knowledgeable, courteous and responsive to my needs, requests and concerns. He personally ensured that the job was done to my satisfaction. Have used Critter Control several times to help get rid of skunks, squirrels and snakes as we have a large yard and often we need help. Everyone is courteous and prompt. It’s nice to have a company that can come out and help when you need it.
Phillip was very thorough and explained what he advised for a solution. I appreciate the clear communication and his experience. Phillip was totally knowledgeable about his job as were everyone that helped us get the rats and the roaches out of our house. Other companies were cheaper, but Critter Control has evidently been doing this for a great while. They are a little more expensive, but a lot more thorough, with they're explanations and their thoroughness. Job -

Julien came out thee same day I called to do an inspection for rats in my attic. He was very pleasant to work with, and did an outstanding job describing what he would be doing, what he was looking for and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He was able to give me options, pricing and I decided to get the work done so he got that set up too. I had a rat/mouse/squirrel problem in our attic over the past couple of months which was becoming progressively worse. Arnold and the crew at Critter Control of Dallas Forth Worth were very helpful in remedying the issue. Arnold was very friendly and professional, explaining the process for eliminating the rodents and ensuring they could not re-enter the house. There were quite a entry points into the house that I hadn't noticed which Critter Control was able identify and remedy.

Philip was outstanding! He clearly explained everything and told us where the problem began. We had no idea We had rats in the attic that possibly could be causing other Problems. I was terrified!! He pointed out the areas to my husband in the attic. He was very detail, very professional, very helpful gave us a lot of insight. As a senior inspector / site supervisor in oil field I’m very critical. However critter control did an absolute 100% completion of what they said they would do. Very impressive! I would just like to say that using Critter Control has worked well and getting rid of my issue with squirrels. Michael came to my home and explained everything to me in detail along with a walk around the house informing me of what needed to be done. The day that Critter Control came out I was contacted by Julio who was very nice and also explained what would be done and how long it would take. Everyone I have dealt with from the office on have been very professional and kind. They're still in the process of completing my Critter rid but, all is on time & they have kept me posted. I am happy to write this review. This has been a process and Julien has gone above and beyond to help us....My mom called a couple of companies to get estimates for a rat problem. Another company arrived while Julien was there and he immediately told my mom that she had the best company for the job. That the only thing his company would do was set some traps and bait.....While Julien was there speaking to parents, he was willing to speak with me by phone to explain what needed to be done and why. He even followed up with a second meeting, on his day off, to meet with me in person and to bringing a printed copy of the documents at my mom’s request. He has been extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole process. We have not felt pressured at all to do anything we’re not comfortable with. It’s not ideal to have to call for “Critter Control” but Julien has been a pleasure to work with as he is VERY patient and attentive addressing concerns/questions from not only my mother but also myself and my son. I have full confidence that the crew that is doing the work will deliver and I will write another review once the work is complete.
