The evaluator who first visited our home, Matt M., was comprehensive and thorough. Julio and his crew were diligent and persistent in completing their tasks. There was a bit of mess left after their departure. Craig Shetterly, GM, was largely useless in resolving some issues I had with installation and electrical damage. Kelly Land, Service Manager, finally responded to my concerns nine days after the fact. He seemed to not wish to be bothered with my concerns. Randy B. completed his post remediation warranty inspection quickly and efficiently, successfully resolving most of the concerns I had. I am posting to elaborate on an experience with a bug guy named Randall. The first day he came to our home I had cancelled the appt. This guy was so accommodating and apologetic. I remember hoping that they would send him (specifically) back to do the service. When he returned, we had captured a few bugs to show him and were completely shocked when we handed him the bugs. He called his supervisor and posted pictures of this bug to his bug club... Within minutes he had answers identifying said bug, and every detail about the bug...Really, I was impressed with that.... But then he said.... Instead of treating today.... Let me take this to my pest guy, and make sure I'm using the best chemical to combat your problem. I don't want to waste your money. But before I leave, I'll treat your most egregious area to help you out until we can get back....So he did..... I had the opportunity to meet Phillip M. today who sprayed my property for pest control purposes. The original appointment was scheduled for Monday but he personally called me on Monday to reschedule the following day (Tuesday/ today) AND he called me today to give me plenty of advance notice for when he would arrive. While here, he gave me information on how to renew my pest Control warranty, the costs, and the difference between the warranty itself and the spraying service costs. The Critter Control group that came to my for a rat problem were great.
They replaced insulation, sealed everything and removed all the debris. I feel so much better since they came out. I called many pest control places that wouldn't touch my place because it's a mobile home. They did what I thought was impossible. Elivd & Alvardo were great and answered any question I asked. Julien worked very hard, inspecting the entire attic, the eaves and gave a detailed explanation of the issue at hand- roof rats and their entrance ways, which a prior company apparently did not fully resolve. Then I went around the entire house and attic with him to visually ascertain the damage. He was able to schedule a company appointment for this Thursday, which is crucial since the rats are severely impacting my allergy. He was pleasant mannered and positive to work with. After talking with a neighbor who had a rat infestation, we discovered we had the same problem in our attic. It appeared it had been going on for quite a while. I called Critter Control and Doug called me back and reassured us they could get it handled soon. Doug came out and evaluated our problem and said he could have a crew come out that weekend! Our neighbor who had the same issue used another company and had to wait several weeks! On game day, Julio the team supervisor and his crew came out and handled business. They took extra time and care to protect walls, furniture, carpet etc. in our home which made us feel as ease. Julio kept us updated on their progress throughout the job. As work the clean up continued, I asked Julio if I could take a look into the attic as I'm a bit OCD. Julio welcomed that and even mentioned he appreciates "an involved customer". Julio and his crew did a fantastic job. Yes, the services are expensive but their crew was well equipped and professional and that made it well worth it.
