Julien came by and was very tborough and patient with explaining findings in his inspection and options to bring a plan of action into development with my landlord. Julien went the extta mile to make something happen. I would highly recommend Julien for his knowledge, professionalism, with lastly his genuine and true care to help. Julien P was just great at explaining all the different options we have to rid our home of rats. He explained all the options to fix the outside of the house and deck to make it impossible for rats to enter our house again. Julien even went into the crawl space and checked traps that were previously left to find dead rats and snake burrows. When Julien went up into the ceiling he found fresh rat feces and urine spots. We had no idea we were living with rats again. The previous Critter removal company had not followed up on what they were paid for. Julien answered ALL our questions and gave us several options to choose from in determining what was best for the home.
We are very pleased with all our visit with Julien and are glad to be with a company that has all the high recommendations of Critter Control Dallas/Ft Worth.
Julien is more than a 5 star man.

Contacted the company and Matt came by the next day on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Prompt and called ahead to inform you when he's on his way. Very thorough and provided very good information on our snake problems. Work with him on a solution to control the snakes primary food source which are the rats which are infesting our attic. We have been having issues with squirrels and Blue Jays. The Blue Jays have been chasing off our family of owls and also bombing at our dogs. We had enough!!! Critter Control had their inspector, Matt, out today and Matt recommended a great solution for our problem. Quite professional, respectful of property and furnishings as their big vacumns emptied our attics of contaminated insulation and dead "critters". Crew worked fast and left work areas clean. Crew chief Eli explained process clearly and managed his team well to complete process, ensuring that all rodents were removed and barriers set up to keep "critters" out. Matt checked my house and the area where I had seen opossum. The opossum was gone, but Matt gave me some ideas to prevent them from returning. I'm not sure why this didn't go through last time but, I already posted my review on Michael but, I will say again that he is definitely an asset to your company. He was very professional arrived on time, called prior to coming and explained everything in detail including a walk around the house with me to explain what Critter Control was going to do to get rid of my issue with squirrels. I would be more than happy to give Michael a 5 star rating and at this point thus far recommend Critter Control to anyone that has problems in their home. I am anxiously awaiting the completion at my home to eliminate and further prevent this problem from happening in the future. Julien was incredible, and it was very apparent that he is very knowledgeable about home protection against rodents and pests. He was professional and personable, and it's clear that he lives by the high standards that Critter Control expects from its employees. I had a few other inspections lined up, but because I felt so comfortable and could tell how trustworthy he and Critter Control were, I canceled the other inspections and signed up with Julien. I also loved that Critter Control has worked with many other families/homes in my neighborhood and area, and the 5 Star, and A ratings made me feel confident with my decision.
