I am very happy with the service that Tom provided. He was on time, reviewed the plumbing issue, got right to work and finished up quickly. He was very conscientious about keeping the area clean which was very much appreciated! Tom is very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I asked about the issue and even answered questions I had about other areas that were not in scope for the issue he was servicing. Tom is very personable and I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. I plan to ask for him specifically when I have my new toilet installed in my master bath. Pricing was very reasonable, they were quick to assign someone to the issue and Rhonda was very helpful when I set up the appointment. I’ve been in the customer service industry and I know how hard it can be to keep customers and make them feel that they can rely on you to get things done and I am very happy to be able to say that the service I received from everyone I came in contact with was excellent. I would like to say that I had a very pleasant experience with Adam and Dustin this morning---great guys! They were very professional and explained what needed to be done with sewer line and bathtub drainage problem, fixed the problems plus gave me added tips. Alan did a GREAT job. Very quick to diagnose my ejector pit issue and quick to repair (under an hour). He offered a couple of options as well. I had the ejector pit repaired a little over 5 years ago and their pricing is roughly the same, so that is good. I just wish there was a longer lasting pump. 02/16/20 |

I have used Armbrust for several issues over the past years. Everyone from sales to all service people are awesome. Kind, clean, considerate craftsman. Plus the price point is reasonable. In early January we had Jeff out for hvac clean & check and he definitely went above and beyond, particularly while speaking about our April Aire humidifier. Today we had Tom H out for a plumbing issue. He was courteous, funny, friendly and very efficient at his task. He interacted very well with our large dogs and our multiple day care kids.

Tom H was fantastic -- did a very thorough job replacing an old drum trap with a P trap in our very old house. The trap was in a tight spot and not easy to get to, took a lot of work but Tom got it done. Showed me what he was doing and explained everything. Now I don't have to worry about it anymore. Tom ******, Plumbing Technician, installed a new disposal in our kitchen sink. Tom was scheduled to arrive at our house between 1-3 PM, but was available at 9 AM. He called to ask if he could come at that time and arrived about 10 minutes later. He was very professional, explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. He was very neat and took precautions to keep water from getting on the kitchen floor. The price charged for parts and labor was reasonable. Tom H. arrived on time. He'd been here several times for the same problem over the years (main line backup), so knew just where to go and what to do. When done rodding, Tommy tested the cleanout by running voluminous cold water down the laundry tub drain ... no backup. We then spent the next twenty minutes or so discussing the possibility of replacing the main line out to the street. He said he would let Patrick know we are interested in a quote.
