I did not get free estimate. plumber is on-site often at 4721 saint Joseph creek yet why he charged me for 1 hour travelling is beyond me. Armburst agreed far in advance to wave the $89 trip fee but actually charged me almost twice that amount. It took him less than 15 minute to install new cartridge to fix my single handle dripping faucet. But when i called and spoke to Patric , he stated that often we spend a long time to fix things and we charge the same amount ??? 12/17/20 |

Alan Carlson is SO nice, SO professional, SO thorough, SO educational/instructive, SO positive, SO encouraging. I want to have Alan come back every time. Finally, SOMETHING VERY INTERESTING: at the end of his call with us yesterday, and as he was leaving, he REMINDED US (told us) what OTHER services Armbrust provides its customers. WHAT OTHER VENDOR LIKE ALAN SHARES THIS???? More often than not, they want to leave and leave in a hurry. Net-Net: NOT ONLY was Alan a FANTASTIC plumber, he was your 1 sales person in our home. And how much did that cost Armbrust ?! ZERO. SUGGESTION: get ALLLLL your people trained by >>> ALAN <<< on how best to approach this. I did not know the price of the repair in advance of the fix. If I had known that the total price for this well under 1 hour repair visit would have been $360, I would have NEVER continued with the job. This cost is insanely high for the replacement of a tiny cheap part on a water heater. I am VERY unsatisfied with this job. 10/30/20 |

I was surprised by the charge to replace a bathroom faucet. I fee like the charge was high for the time spent on the job. This is why I will reconsider using you in the future.
