We called to schedule a heater check from a card received in the mail. Our first appointment had to be rescheduled due to technician illness and unfortunately they were so busy that it was a month later when they could come. Nick was so patient with our child who wanted to watch and asked a lot of questions during the visit. I really appreciated that. He let us know the current efficiency level of our system, recommendations, and of their partnership program. There was no hard sell but more a feeling of sharing resources they can offer. Bill was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous while he performed the annual servicing of our furnace. He explained the work clearly and concisely so I have a better understanding of the normal running of the furnace. He also took the time to have a plumber come to do an unrelated plumbing repair. Both technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and focused on the work they were doing. They were familiar with my condo's electrical system and explained exactly what they observed and how they would attend to my specific concerns. It was no problem for one man to climb into the tight-fitting attic area - now very cold! - and complete his end of the installation. I would recommend these two very well-trained and professional tradesmen to others who are looking for high quality electrical work to be done in their homes. I was very impressed with Aiello. I used their services to fix a broken furnace and water tank. They solved the issues. But later my furnace stopped working again, and Ray came out right away (at 12am that night). It was working again within an hour, and he thoroughly explained the issue. Could not ask for a better company t0 deal with a little pricey but service more than made up for it
Cindy in the office very sweet very professional explained everything up front to excellent customer service if I need to call Aiello again I would request her help
Clay arrived right in the middle of the appt window and actually said he was sorry for being late but hit traffic in Waterbury which is normal
I brought him in showed the furnace explained what I did he also explained the charges again like Cindy very professional he found what was wrong made the repair and was in and out within a half-hour time period
In my opinion these two employees are excellent examples of your business they are keepers and when it comes time for raises they deserve good
