Jan. 31 2018 I called Aiello for a emergency furnace breakdown The tech Clay C was professional, efficient and quick to find and fix the problem. From the first call to the notification call of the arriving time of the Tech. everyone was polite and informative. from the first call until the heat was back on took about 3 hours.

Timeline: Thursday install of hot water heater, Saturday service call, Tuesday second service call. No hot water was the issue. After Two service calls the end result was an issue with the oil lines. While it was frustrating to deal with an issue that could have been resolved during the install, the end result, after two technicians worked extensively, was a replacement of the oil lines. Would I recommend this company? Sort of. The products are top of the line, the customer service of the two technicians as outstanding. I say sort of because if I were to leave a customers house with puddles on the ground, trash left behind, no explanation of the warrantee to the consumer, no explanation of the product to the consumer, no checking of the product after install prior to leaving the home I would not expect anyone to be a repeat customer. After Steve (manager) "made good" with us and the Technicians (Rich / Zach) came to the rescue for us, they may have changed my mind back to contacting this company for my future issues.

I am from Texas and I am stationed here because of the Navy. Accordingly, I know nothing about boilers, baseboard heating, or why all houses don’t come with central air. last Saturday our boiler sprung a pretty hearty leak (basically pouring). I called a few companies and absolutely no one would help us without a service plan (how would I know that!). As in I couldn’t get past the answering service. On my last chance I found Aiello on a scroll of google and gave it a chance. Not only did they answer, they had a technician call me immediately. While I couldn’t get the immediate service, Zach went out of his way to help me on the phone over FaceTime to find a temporary solution of how to stop the leak and then shut down the machine. I called that night to leave a message and on Monday morning at exactly the appointment time scheduled Zach showed up to do the service. He got me set up with a plan, did the service, and even taught me the basics of how the system works. I know I won’t be lucky enough to get Zach every time, but because of him I will now be a loyal customer to Aiello! Aiello gets 5 stars... Zach gets 37 stars! Give that man a raise!

We needed to have our furnace repaired and had this work done by Bill L**** from Aiello. Bill was very nice and verbally explained and showed us everything that was wrong and described in detail exactly what he was going to fix. He also showed up the next day with the actual part we needed and made the repairs in a timely manner.

While the first technician installed a hot water heater, it took Rick Newman and an oncall visit to make it work. We had no hot water and Rick was called to fix the issue. The hot water heater was installed less than 12 hours earlier. He was able to identify the issue quickly (air in the line) as well as some other half assed installed items. Had it not been for Rick looking at everything before he left, I would likely be having to make another service call.

I had a pleasant experience with Aiello and Bob P. the technician. I received a call prior to his arrival. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional. After he arrived, I mentioned I had another issue I would like him to look at. He looked at the pipe and gave me a quote. I decided to have it fixed and he promptly fixed it. The original problem turned out to be a faucet that could not be repaired. I needed to replace it. Rather than go and purchased a new one and have to have another service call, I decided to purchase one from your company even though I thought is was on the expensive side. It took over an hour to have it delivered. Once it arrived, Bob quickly installed it. I was very pleased with his work and him professionally. Sandra M

My gas heating was not started,so I called Aiello home services. Nick L came here. For service charge they took 99$ tax =$105.xx. He mentioned to diagnostic charge 144 for checking thermostat. I told No to him. So he gone. After sometime he returned and he told to do free other checking. After checking he told it was not thermostat but condensate removal pump not working. He told he will charge $300 installation cost and other charges which can easily he could charge more than 500$. But I again told NO to him . So he returned. Then I checked condensate pump in Amazon it is 39$ and from YouTube video it is very easy to install. This Aiello service people are very cunning and charge you many unnecessary charges.

Zack was a pleasure to work with. He fixed and cleaned my furnace and I haven't had any problems since! He gave me all the costs upfront before providing any services so I knew exactly how much I'd be paying. Thank you for your professionalism and knowledge. I even received my Eversource efficiency report and my heating efficiency has gone up significantly!

If you need a repair, whether be it and emergency or a regular call and you want it done right, the first time and in the case of and emergency right away these folks are the folks you need to call. PERIOD!!! From my initial contact with Christine last week to the problem solved the next day (Furnace fan not working) by Steve S., Jr. the tech., we were treated well and with care and on an extremely timely basis. When the temp outside is 10 degs. and the furnace isn't working you need great service really quick, and that's what Aiello provided. This was my 2nd contact with them in the last 5 years and I had the same experience then as now. One caveat... These folks are way on the other side of cheap, even a far cry from reasonable. But....if your in trouble and need good reliable timely service by expert people cost is a minor consideration. "You get what you pay for"! RFM

It was easy to contact over the phone and set up the first appointment on Sunday. It was a free consultation too. Tim came in at 6:45 pmon Sunday. He did the assessment, quote and the possible day for the new unit installation. It was an emergency, since the temp was below freezing point. Tim was very professional as well as friendly. He set up the day for work and made the folliw up call on Monday to confirm the work for Tuesday. I got a second call from the office to confirm it too. All set and done as planned in a timely manner. I was happy with the professionalism with which the work was performed. Jeff, Xavier and Nick installed the HVAC unit. Every one I came in contact with were very prifessional, friendly and pleasant to deal with. I appreciate your service.

I needed to have the air let out of my pipes. I called Aiello when I asked for a price range I was told they couldn't give me a range over the phone aftwr speaking to a manager because the price depended on my set up and that it would be $100 just for them to come out and get me a quote, regardless of whether or not I used their services. When I said that I didnt like that he told me he wouldn't charge me for the $100 if I proceeded to get the work done. Nick came out and helped me and he was a great guy. The work he did had shown me no problems and the issue was fixed. But the price for the work was $600 after tax... and that is with the $100 discount they gave me by taking off the charge to come out. When I freaked out about the price Nick showed me that it was the standard rate to bleed the pipes in a 1-3 zone house. I am extremely annoyed about how expensive it was to do something so simple, especially when I asked for a price range over the phone and was told I couldnt be given one but the standard price was right there the whole time. After doing research I found out the price I was charged for the service was around double the price of other businesses in the area, and around triple that of a licensed contractor. I won't be doing business with Aiello again. Even though the work was done well and the technician was nice, that kind of price is truly outragious and I was left feeling very ripped off.

I woke up to find my gas furnace not working and I could not find the problem. I called Ailello because I had seen the TV commercials for their service. I was worried that I could not get someone out quickly. I talked to Crystal A., she looked and found a slot where I could be placed. About two hours later Clay C. came and diagnosed the problem and told me what my options were. Within a few minutes my furnace was as good as new, up and running. Thank you Crystal and Clay, you both came through for me.

With Sarah’s help, contacted supervisor Ray as our Bosch boiler stopped working in the late afternoon of Jan 11, 2018. After discussing with Ray about problem, he found what the problem is and arranged Jason, technician in his team to come to our home 12:15 pm the next day (in short time) and Jason did professional job to replace our old ‘low water cut off control’ by new RB 122-E low water cut off control. I watched Jason’s professional work. Now our Bosch boiler works well and it helped to cope with very cold weather of Jan 13 and 14. Even Jason promised A/S if any problem arise in this repairing work. I believe that Jason and Ray have shown customer centered heart and high level of technical work matching the name of Aiello. I had lost heat on the coldest day of the year. Jason showed up early on a Saturday and found out that my ignitor was dead. He called multiple businesses to find the part, but was having trouble as it was a holiday. He found a business about 30 miles away. He had some work in that area so he took the time to pick up the part and came back later in the day to install the part in my furnace. You can't ask for better service than that! In addition, he was extremely pleasant and polite. My experience with all of the techs from Aiello at this point has been excellent, but Jason definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank You!

I want to recommend Aiello Home Services for service repair/improvement to existing electrical circuit and related issues which you may encounter and require professional skills to eliminate problems. This week, Aiello’s Matt Rose provided not only prompt service and repair, he quickly replaced an antiquated and inefficient circuit board system which caused overload failures.. We will request Matt when any electrical need arises. His friendly, quiet and professional approach surpassed our expectations for the best results. Matt is first rate and an Airllo asset.

I was please that Clay was able to get to my house within about an hour of my calling Aiello. He was able to determine what the problem was quickly and gave me a couple of options to choose from. What was helpful is that he showed me what work was done and what to look check to be sure the heating system is working properly.

Technician Nick was very professional and did a good job. The cost of the job was way out of line what it should have been. The cost of the GFI breaker was $120 when retail price was about $25 tops. The whole job took about 1 hr and the total price was $600. I don't know what their hourly rate is but I think $400 a hr is outrageous.

Ross and Spencer came to our home in Windsor Locks today to perform an energy audit of our home. They arrived promptly as scheduled. They got established on the job site quickly and got right to work following a run down of what they would be doing. Both Ross and Spencer were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and all around, a great team. Very friendly as well. Very happy with the outcome of the work. Last Sunday afternoon I contacted Aiello Home services for an emergency installation of a heat pump. I called different people and companies but no one was available to do this job within 2 days. I needed someone asap to come, see and take action, because there was no heat and the temp was minus degrees. The person on the phone was very pleasant and tried to Solve the issue. ASAP. He sent Tim L***** the Residential Specialist on The same day by 6:30 pm. Tim was very professional and friendly to deal with. He promised me to take care of it by Tuesday if the new unit was in stock. Tim called me by Monday to confirm that the new unit will be installed on Tuesday. I got another phone call from the office to confirm that the technicians will be coming on Tuesday between 7:30-8:30 am. Jeff, Xavier and Nick were here on time. All three of them were very professional as well as friendly to deal with. They did a good job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything at the end of their work. They answered all my questions and offered support of their company if there is any issue in the future. I will definitely recommend this company to anybody who needs to get a job done quickly.

Ross and Tyler arrived on time and provided a thorough explanation of what they were going to do as part of the audit. They were professional and performed all services to my satisfaction. During their visit, we discussed another issue we were facing unrelated to the energy audit and Ross took the time to contact his manager to ensure the issue was addresses. Highly recommend Aiello to perform an energy audit on your home, and if you can request Ross and Tyler, I’d recommend it.

We had our furnace stop working during the extreme chill that is cast over New England right now. Ray D’Amato came out to my house to fix the issue. Ray was very courteous and was very helpful explaining the problem. He did great work and got the Heat back on at my house. It was a pleasure working with Aiello and Ray. richard quesada arrived within about a half hour since he happened to be in the neighborhood. he was most friendly and courteous and diagnosed the difficulty with my delta faucet and determined that i'd need a new faucet unit. i am now evaluating a replacement unit and should decide by monday and will contact aiello home services to see if it's possible to schedule within richard's workload. again, i was quite pleased with his manners and guidance. bob and pat calnen

Steve was great. We had two technicians come out previously who did not fix the problem and Steve knew right away what the problem was. He worked with our gas company to make sure the problem was fixed. I really appreciated him going above and beyond so that I didn’t have to be the middleman in communication.
