I had trouble with my furnace and used Aiello for the first time. Stephen was the technician that came out. He was clean, professional and and let me know everything that was going on with my furnace and exactly how much it was going to cost me before he proceeded. I called Aiello for some work on my heating system. I was originally scheduled for a noon to 4PM service window but got a call they could be there sooner, which was great. Stephen showed up and was professional and courteous and completed all the work in what seemed like no time. He explained what the problem and the solution was clearly to someone who does not have any technical knowledge about the issue so everything was easy to follow. When he was finished went over the information for their service program that they offered along with information of the states home energy audits. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend...I was blown away by how much they cared, the professionalism and quality of work. The went above and beyond!
A bad storm took down a tree pulling our wires out of the house and the surge fried a lot of stuff in our house. I needed an electrician so I called Aiello in the early morning...to my surprise they answered! They were so friendly and had Matt out within the hour. He worked diligently for the next two days to get the work done and his manager Robert was in constant contact with me as well as contacting the power company to get power restored. I was blown away by how much they cared and professional they were. They made a bad situation better and helped me through it. I am so greatfull to them and highly recommend them for any of their services. Thank you Matt and Robert...I appreciate you more than you know!

Jeff and his partner were here and checked out our heating system for the winter. It got good marks and from Jeff's oral and checked off report, it seems they checked everything. Hard to tell what they did but we were pleased they found no apparent problems. The true test of their expertise will be us getting through the winter with no problems. Mike Massetti and his crew installed a new oil tank in our basement. It was not an easy job since we have no outside access to the basement.
They had to work very hard to maneuver the very heavy new tank through a hallway, the kitchen, and another hallway where they had to make another tight turn onto the basement stairs. In the basement, they had to make two more tight turns to enter the furnace room. They did all of this without touching our white walls or scuffing the floors. It was an all day job but Mike and his crew were so nice and quiet, I never felt disturbed by their presence. My experience with Aiello was not that long because the pros electricians that came to my house basically said, 'This set up is Jimmy rigged and very dangerous also not up to code. I would have to do X Y Z to straighten this mess out.' He was attentive and openminded as well as a pleasure to deal with. I told him no thank you, I can't afford to do it correctly. You know, this is a hard company to review. On the plus side, they are always available by phone. They do high quality work and have excellent havoc techs, plumbers, etc. On the bad side, their pricing is criminal! Just had Bill Lusty come out to inspect my gas-fired furnace (installed by Aiello) and he was great, but according to company policy informed me that optional work could be done for the tune of approximately $1,000, even though everything was working. I have complained to Aiello, directly, many times, but they just don't seem to get. They are like a bad car dealership. I believe in maintenance, my last car was 15 years old and spotless, so I gave it to my sister. I understand that labor-intensive projects are expensive, but Aiello wants to rip you off. How else can I state it. Lower your prices and be more fair. I realize you employ a lot of people and have many trucks etc. , but you can make a FAIR profit with ripping people off and that is what I constantly battle with you. Clean that up, and you would be a great company.
