Having drain issues with AC that caused fail safe to turn AC off. Aiello Home Services sent out Zack E****** (HVAC Tech) to come take a look at a time that worked best of our schedule. Zack was able to find the problem and explain the problem immediately. The explanation was very helpful especially being a recent first time home owner. Zach then did a great job of fixing the problem, explaining how he fixed the problem and even gave advice as to how to avoid future issues. In May I had a problem with my toilet flushing by itself . Didn’t know why but Peter Coco from Aiello came and adjusted the toilet and now it’s working correctly. My wife & I are first time home buyers which can be a scary thing moving from Apartment living. Aiello Home Services & Their Service Tech Zach has alleviated much of that fear in the few visits they have made to our house. They are professional, courteous and experts in their trade. Their upfront costs are very reasonable compared to other prices in the market however being a member of the monthly service plan we receive an additional discount off their already competitive prices. My daughter moved into her new home and she needed to have two toilets installed as well as some other plumbing done. I remember seeing the ad on tv for Aiello Home Service and gave them a call. Crystal was awesome. She said she could have someone there in just a few hours. Peter showed up and took care of everthing for us. He was very pleasant and very professional and did an awesome job! The only thing I can complain about is the price because it was a little higher than normal. But I quess that is because you are paying for same day service. I highly recommend Aiello. We had an annual electrical review. While testing the outlets in the kitchen, 3 plugs and the microwave did not come back on after tripping them. Mark and the other tech (sorry I forgot your name!) searched the entire house looking for the correct GFCI outlet.. It turned out we had remodeled the when we remodel the kitchen, they (not Aiello) covered the outlet with paneling from the cabinets! They cut a hole and found it on the first try. Scott G. came to our home while we were having an HVAC repair and noted several issues in our basement that were not up to code. He suggested that they be repaired for safety reasons. We asked him to perform those tasks and several others, including additional lighting in the basement and a generator connection. May 16 & 18 .. My toilet was plugged up and Rick Q. came to fix it. He was very nice and very professional. Found out my fragrance for the toilet had fallen in and had to be rescued. While he was here told him about my slow running bathtub . . came today and put in new plumbing as the ball from my old open and shut fixture had rotted and fell into the pipe. Tub works great. Jesse came to my house after I called Aiello during their "buy one, get one free" March promotion. He was 100% professional, knowledgeable, thorough, empathic, conscientious, courteous and smart. He was very responsive to my needs and concerns and did not pressure me at all. He was respectful of what a huge investment this would be and gracious in understanding that I needed time to evaluate. They wanted $2200 to replace my water pressure tank, which I paid $230 for and had a plumber fix for $300 in 1.5 hrs.
