Rick Q. was confronted with an old and not so old bunch of plumbing pipes being merged together. Rick identified the problem and was able to fix it even though one of the pipes decided this would be a good time to pop open spewing remains from the kitchen sink in a wide arch. Hello Aiello “You Saved Us”. We needed help & they were promptly out on short notice due to #NoHeat . Richard N., tech was professional, caring & knowledgeable. Diagnosed our 28yr old gas furnace. Result: R.I.P. furnace. Then Richard called the calverly Tim L., replacement specialist who braved the latest Nor’easter, 3/7/18, was here within 35mins. Scott Coutant provided extensive plumbing serivce at my mother-in-laws home. He worked on replacing two extremely old toilets and also the old lead pipe. One of the floors under the toilet was in horrible condition but he managed to replace what was needed. He then worked on the leaky faucet in one of the bathrooms. Aiello is persistent! Our furnace burner was not firing so we called Aiello for service. After a full morning visit and an afternoon service call by the gas company, the problem was still unresolved. A second service visit the next day finally found the problem. A spider had spun a thick web in one of the air intake tubes! That was cleared and our furnace was back. Aiello's persistence in diagnosing the problem (all under the 'Initial Diagnosis' fee), saved us a lot of money by NOT replacing parts willy nilly. Our Thanks to Aiello and their service techs. I had an electrical emegency. Updated wires and fuse box shorted out and blew the circuit board.in the furnace. Called Aiello. They showed up when they said they would. Matt R. and Ben V. They took a look and and said electrical system is dangerous. They coordinated with Eversource immediately and got a new power line to the house and started on upgrading the entire system. They were done in 1/2 a day. Got power and called Ray to look at the furnace. Problem was diagnosed and fixed in no time. Frozen pipe. No one from my heating company could come for 5 days. In cold weather, unheated house meant probably 30 or more places heating and hot and cold water pipes burst. Mike R, from Aiello (no relative, not even same last name) was amazing. With all those holes, it took three trips to find and repair them all, but I expected it to take more.
