Was very pleased with my dealings with Aiello yesterday. Keith came over to give us an estimate for some future work and because he got stuck in traffic on 91 he was running about 15 minutes late. The office called to let us know, something which is unheard of in this day and age.
Shortly after he left Mark P came over to install a range hood and fix a couple of switches. The work was done and everything was left in the same order as when he started.
Both Keith and Mark were very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Great representatives of Aiello Home Services.
I'm looking forward to working with them in the future.

Mike M, Jeff G, and the other two techs (sorry could not find your pics) on the crew did a nice neat job installing my 3 zone Mitsubishi Mini-Split system. They were very professional and made sure the system was functioning correctly. Bill F also did a great of helping me understand my options when selecting the system. The electrician was also fast, neat and effective. I am one of those pain in the ass engineers who likes to watch everything and ask questions. I was not disappointed. the plumber as i explained in my previous review.
The fact that the house is 70 years I guess he did not take that into consideration.
The water main is 1/2" coming in the house he claims it should be 3/4"
The toilet in the M/B is old, well it is a new bathroom.
The sink faucet is NOT leaking however he claims not to swivel it or it will break......etc.

Jesse & John were very professional and thorough. They spent 8 hours checking almost every crack & crevice for leaks, installing new light bulbs, 2 new shower heads, insulated my basement & ductwork. I had a great experience with Aiello when Terry came to fix my refrigerator. the only concern that I had was that he was late and when he called he said he was on his way but it was 2 hours past my apt. time. he did apologize tho when he got here but he had a difficult time at the prior apt. I was told he would be here between 1-5 p.m. and he got here at 6:30 p.m. but at least he did notify me of that. He did a great job and and even gave us some tips as well. thanks for a great job!! I had contacted Aiello to have someone come out today to check out an electrical problem that I was having with a light in my basement. Frank W arrived very punctually, and was extremely polite. He checked everything out thoroughly, and ascertained that the problem was from an old light sensor hooked up to the light. I was so relieved that there were no shorts or defective wires. He explained everything thoroughly-he was very knowledgeable. Frank also checked out a decorative 4 wall light which I had in my master bedroom I have been thinking about whether I wanted to move the light more to the right, and over a sink. Frank took the light down, and explained what my options were. He was very informative, carefully explaining everything to me. I now know what my options are and I have time to consider each one. I will certainly ask for Frank W when I need electrical work done. He is a very polite and knowledgable electrician and an asset to his company.
