I was very pleased with Alex's knowledge with diagnosing the
problem, explaining it, advising of a solution and suggesting a
maintenance program to prevent future problems. He also took
the time to relate this to my daughter-in-law by phone, who
made the final decision on whether to go forward with it.

Our field service pro, Jim S., is an honest, reliable, knowledgeable person to know when it comes to heating and cooling services. We always feel confident when he comes to check out the furnace and air conditioner. When he leaves, we know that our equipment is working at full capacity. If Jim does find a problem, he tells it like it is. He is not an alarmist and insist that you purchase something new immediately - unless it is absolutely necessary. He'll work with you to prolong the life of the equipment until it can no longer be repaired. His expertise is truly appreciated. If you need a personable, educated tech, Jim is your man! Outstanding service! Had major power surge due to a lighting strike on my roof during and blew out my A/C. I had several other appliances go out as well that required repairman and AA was the first service tech to show up. They were great in diagnosing and quickly replacing and repairing the parts that were needed. They were very thorough with the billing so I won't have any issues when filing my insurance claim. I think Jim did a great job! However, the appt time was between 1-4 and he arrived after 4:30. I realize that unanticipated delays happen, however, it would have been nice to receive a call earlier than 3:30 about the eventual arrival time after 4:00. Also, I have used your service for a little over a year now and I have noticed that, with every visit, other products or services are being "pushed." One person just casually mentioned something I might want to consider. The others were a bit more forthright. It makes me wonder what I really do need to consider or what is being suggested/urged because it is company policy. I would like to develop a culture of trust and these behaviors make it challenging! I needed work done on my malfunctioning central air-conditioning unit. AA Service sent out Petr G to do the work. After he finished, Petr explained clearly and concisely what he had done and the parts he needed to finish the job. We have used AA Service for many years and for the first time I contacted AA Service to ask for a specific technician to return. Petr finished the job 2 days later and again explained clearly and concisely the work that he did and why it needed to be done. Very professional. By the way, he also has a delightful sense of humor.
