We’ve been using this company for years. Their service is superior. Over the years they have solved many heating and air conditioning problems for us. Most recently during a winter service checkup,our technician, Tommy S. discovered our dryer vent was disconnected and reconnected it for us. That was practically a life saver for us. Making a service call appointment is effortless. The company calls us the night before the appointment and the technician calls the day of service to let us know he’s on his way to our house. Have been using AA Service for decades. In late summer installed new HVAC at home and retrofitted zoning. They told us to give it a test run in AC, let it flip to heating and test that and to give them a call. We had some temperature inconsistencies that they took care of pronto at no additional cost. AA Service is a top notch mechanical contracting firm - experts in all aspects of HVAC/Plumbing/Water Heating/Hydronics/outdoor Snow Melt - from small residential to larger commercial jobs. My (1937) house has several systems - Forced Air (HVAC) Furnace and a Boiler that supplies domestic hot water, radiant floor heat, and a small front sidewalk snow melt system. The call with Mark M was in regards to the snow melt system. Mark immediately diagnosed the situation regarding the problem - incorrect/incomplete wiring to the boiler (not separated from the indoor floor heat). Up until that point, three other contractors could not figure out the simple solution that Mark came up with. He had the job done within 3 hours and saved me on purchasing any additional parts. Super quality work and a very reasonable bill... refreshing. Furthermore, Mark mentioned that I could save on the gas bill with combing / zoning the separate furnace(s) in the house and that AA has a specialist for that who would come over and take a look and give me an estimate.
It truly is a great feeling when you find a (mechanical) contracting firm for your home or business that has highly trained specialists and professionals that can provide the best solutions to make you comfortable - and save on the utility bills - whether it involves gas, water, or electric. AA is that one firm and is well run on all facets.

AA Service Heating and Cooling just installed a new furnace and a/c. They were efficient, very pleasant and helpful. They cleaned up their work area beautifully.

Unfortunately I encountered my heat going out at the very start of the cold season, by waking up at 2:30 in the morning freezing cold. That was not something I was thrilled about. I knew I had to call someone and then I began to worry about the cost. Fortunately for me, a neighbor had had extensive experience with AA Service Co both with their business and then at home. They simply said, "you need to call AA Service". I called on Monday morning, and Glenn H came that afternoon. He was very professional and quick to find and fix the problem. He had it fixed within a very short period of time. I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to feel warmth in my home. I was grateful for two reasons. (1) I was grateful this happened at the start of the season vs in the dead of winter, and (2) I was grateful to have found AA Service Heating a& Cooling. I live on a very tight budget and they did not break my budget to get a major piece fixed. I can only say, "thank you". AA Service Co. Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us this week and did a wonderful job. Frank ********* and his associate did all the work. They arrived exactly on time at 7:30 AM and began work immediately. The old furnace was removed and the new one taken to the basement in perhaps an hour. I was amazed at the speed at which they worked and their organization. The new furnace was installed before noon with all the sheet metal work, electrical work, and gas piping done. After lunch, they installed the new air conditioner outside and by 2:30 PM the job was done. Frank is an outstanding technician and is both polite and does a great job. We have used this firm for many years (20 years?) and never had anything but outstanding service from them. I recommend them and Frank very highly. Frank P. 10/26/17 |
