Watch out! Not all experiences are good.
AA made a MAJOR mistake while trying to install a furnace in my condo. Their worker triggered the fire sprinkler, and 1000’s of gallons of black, contaminated water filled my condo. My place was mostly destroyed, trashing the floors, subfloors, walls, cabinets, furniture, etc.
AA said they were “100% liableâ€, but, after more than 1 month, they have done 0% to rebuild my beloved condo. I am staying in a hotel because my place is unlivable. Most of my stuff has been lost.
AA keeps giving me promises, but no plans or action to begin to fix the massive damage that they admit they caused.

We've had AA Service Co for about 14 years and had great service. We've had Jim G the last 4 or 5 years, and have requested Jim G every time. We have the maintenance plan so we have it checked twice a year, Jim G is on time, personable and answers any questions we may have, also tells us what we may need up the road. A terrific job! We recently replaced an older gas furnace and ac condenser with AA Service. Mike K stopped by the house a few days before the scheduled installation to review the conditions on the site and make preparations; it was clear to me that he had many years experience and knew what issues to address. On installation day a team of four technicians headed by Mike arrived on time and were able to replace the system in a day. All were courteous and the finishes in our house were well protected.
