We had an emergency service call needed on a saturday night and Tim * was on call. He arrived within 45 min. and was able to identify the problem. Tim * returned the following day with the part. This morning Jeff Chovanec came out and listened to my concerns about certain noises and that it didn't seem to work efficiently. I showed him the video of the unit making a buzzing sound occasionally and he figured out what that was. He checked everything and even adjusted the settings to the thermostat so that it wouldn't go on and off so frequently. So I just wanted to let you know that this certainly has restored my faith in AA Service, and why I have trusted them for 27 years!!! Thank you very much for your quick response to my letter. Technician Alex *. was friendly, efficient and professional. We have been using AA Service for over 20 years and *all* their employees are the best. When we call in, the customer service reps are friendly and helpful, and every single technician they have ever sent out has been great (knowledgeable, nice and professional). We have bought two furnaces from them (we have two separate systems in our home) and an air conditioning unit, and when the time comes to replace the other a/c unit, we will use AA Service as well. We recommend AA Service very highly (my father used them when it was time for him to buy a furnace, too, and he was very happy as well). And thank you, Alex, for the great job the other day! Called this morning and AA Service was able to schedule a technician immediately. Jim S. called ahead to provide an estimated time of arrival (10:00 AM). He replaced the old control valve (small gas leak) and reconnected the gas line to our furnace in one hour. Jim was prompt and professional. What a great technician. Andy was here for 3 hours because we were experiencing leakage from our humidifier. He located the problem as a non-working pump and drain hose that was shot. With difficulty he fed a new hose down from the humidifier into our crawl space where the drain and pump were located. I couldn't count the number of times he went back and forth from the furnace room to the crawl space, but persisted and finally resolved the problem. In addition, he was able to determine that our air conditioning A coil was rusted and shot, as well as the humidifier pump in the crawl space.
