AA Service installed my air conditioner about 20 years ago, and they've been servicing it ever since -- and there's a reason for that. They always respond to any issues in a timely manner, their staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and their service technicians and installers have got to be the best in the business. Today I finally had to have my 20-year-old unit replaced, and I was fortunate to work with yet another wonderful team -- Eric, Gerard and Ricky. Honestly, I can't begin to tell you what a pleasure it is working with this company. Not only is their service top-notch, but they always go the extra mile to ensure their customers' complete satisfaction. Hire these guys -- they're the best! You can't do any better. My AC was dying so I had AA Service come out to install a new unit. Michael B and Ricky came out to replace the unit and the coils in my furnace. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves when the work was done! Now I have great AC, but the temperatures outside are in the 70's! LOL
Also realized that Michael B looked familiar....turns out he installed my furnace about 7 years ago and did a fine job on that too!

I wanted to let you know about your exceptional service on Saturday. I arrived home at 5pm and my house was 78 degrees and going up, even though the air conditioning was on. My porch thermometer read 80 degrees. It was unusually hot for this time of year with the promise of more to come. I called the emergency number as the office was closed. They called back quickly, given the fact that it was Saturday, and I was so grateful. In a relatively short time I received a call for your technician saying he would be at my home within the next 30 minutes, and he arrived as promised. Andy was pleasant, helpful, efficient and effective, got the air conditioner working, advised me on the future possibilities for it, and showed me pictures of the damage that had occurred. I have used your company for many years and have always had polite good service, but Saturday was exceptional. Many companies promise good service and actuality have catchers catch can, but that has never been true of AA Service.
