AA was out today to check my AC---Tim B was my service specialist---Not only is he very professional and knowlegible he is a very friendly young man.---He did a thorough job of checking my AC and I received a good report. He also smelled gas leaking from the gas meter and did a check--not a big leak but he said I should have Nicor check it out which I did.

Scott was wonderful. He called to let me know he was on the way to my building. Once he arrived he was courteous, friendly and professional. He found that there was a leak in my outside storage area and alerted me to the problem so I could call our management to have our building engineer come to take a look and to find the source of the problem. AA Service impeccably installed two furnaces in our 3 story rowhouse. They have maintained them without any problems ever since. They arrive when they say they will, are neat, pleasant and thorough. The name of this company should be Above Average Service Company. Perhaps even ALWAYS ABOVE AVERAGE Service Company. I've relied on them for over 10 years. They deliver superior service at fair rates and stand behind their promises 100%. Tim B., the super-tech I always ask for, is the kind of fellow you'd want as your next-door neighbor. A pleasure to have in your home. Works carefully. Explains things in language you can understand. Does a thorough job. Respects your home. Never looks for ways to "pad" a bill. There have been times when I couldn't get Tim, but the service experiences were similar. That says a lot about the company, their staff, and the way they do business. Fair prices...first-quality products...techs who know what they're doing...friendly office staff -- and reliability you can depend on.
