Phet came today for our AC check up. My window was 2pm-5pm and he arrived just around 2pm. We have to AC units, one of which is in our attic. We recently got a new roof and when Phet opened up the attic, roofing residue was everywhere. We had no idea that this mess was in there. I got out our shop vac to vacuum it all up, but Phet said he would do it. That was certainly not something he should have had to do, but he was completely pleasant about it. He cleaned it all up and did the check up. Like everyone of the service techs I've had from AA, Phet was super professional, friendly, and efficient. I recently had an air conditioning issue that needed immediate response. My usual technician (Andy) was out on another assignment and AA sent over Tim to try and fix my issue. Tim was great! Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The repair took longer than expected, and Tim would not leave until the problem had been solved and fixed! He even stopped by the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. Another great experience from the folks at AA Service Co. Why would anyone ever use another company? I have been working with Andy ever since I moved into my new townhouse.
Andy is always on time, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He makes suggestions and recommendations based on his many years of experience. He doesn't over-sell, just tries to help you solve your HVAC problems. He does his homework! If he doesn't know an answer, he researches the issue and then follows up with great ideas! In addition to his usual thorough maintenance work, he had some very thoughtful advice regarding a device we were considering adding to our system. He also suggested some changes in our humidifier/dehumidifier settings that should improve our comfort both summer and winter.
