I had a great experience with Ralph C. He was very polite and handled our clelaning and problem in a professional way. When cleaning he turned on our outside faucet. It started to leak into our basement. It was a broken pipe inside the house. Ralph insisted that he clean up the water on the floor. I felt bad because it was my leak, but he insisted. When Ralph was working , cleaning my air conditioner, he explained everthing he was doing to me. Before he left , he told me if I had any problems to make sure that I call him. Ralph C. 05/26/15 |
