I was told I would have a technician between 11am & 3pm. Kraig called to tell me he would be at my home in 10 minutes. I appreciated the call and within 10 minutes he arrived. He arrived before 12pm.

Jim did the summer AC check on my small unit which was new in 2005. He changed the batteries in the thermostat and recommened purchasing a Watch Dog battery-operated alarm for the floor drain under the unit. I will follow this advice and purchase one. Other unit owners n my building have had damage from the floor drain backing up, and this alarm will provide a very audible alarm if any water comes in contact. Jim G. 03/26/15 |
