I had another company come in to trouble shoot my AC problem, they spent 3.5 hours trying to figure it out, charged me $485.00 and then told me I needed a whole new unit. I decided to get AA Service to come out for a 2nd opinion. Jeff C was able to diagnose the problem within 20 minutes, the charge was $85 and all that was needed was the replacements of 2 motors. We just had two Great Men install our Carrier Air & Furnace. Please give Jason B and Jeremy Hendrickson the very highest rating possible. I expected to give this install 2 days; the men walked out about 4:00 p m today. Lucky, for them too; what a storm followed. Thanks so much for the Wonderful Service you provide. When a service person is so thoughtful in your home it's so Appreciated. Drop cloths were everywhere...and they were Clean! It's a Reflection on a Wonderful Company. These are Wonderful Guys...and by the way please add Scott Sligowski ... he's been Amazing as our Service Rep for the past two seasons. We replaced a VERY old system from a house built in the 1890s, so it was quite a big project. The guys at AA are great, not only super knowledgeable, but also friendly, helpful and punctual. The work was done in exactly the amount of time estimated and the cost was "all inclusive" meaning it included future modifications, like opening up vents to a bigger size in some rooms and moving ducts during a kitchen renovation (as well as future maintenance). Tim does an excellent job for us and for AA Service, He is careful, knows our equipment and is very willing to answer any questions about our equipment. He was a help in our understanding our controls, as we were new to this instillation. Very complete in his work for us. He always calls prior to arriving and is prompt at all times.

AA called to cancel my first appointment because of an emergency (which I had taken day off of work for), the second appointment was supposed to be at noon but was on service's schedule for 2-4, Jim came himself on a Sunday WHICH I FOUND OUT WAS HIS DAY OFF and not on call!! Scott S. serviced our A/C for the summer tune-up. Previously, he came out at midnight in teh dead of winter when our furnace stopped working. He figured out how to get it started again with a smaller motor, then made sure to come back again 3 days later with a new part. He spent a lot of time with us this time explaining the entire issue of A/C and furnace efficiency, issues with zoning, how to make sure what we have works right, and what to do when it's time to buy a new one. From my first meeting with Scott, who patiently answered all my questions, and came out twice to meet with me, to the wonderful installers Jason, Jeremy and Tyler who made the day long installation seem easy. I was impressed with how efficiently Jason Jeremy and Tyler worked to install everything, and even more impressed when they had finished their work but stayed to walk me through everything they did, and ensure that I was aware of each feature on everything they installed.
