I have had their yearly service plan for over 10 years. My service tech is always David K.. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and does a very professional and efficient job when he does my yearly heating and air conditioning check. It is always good to see him when he arrives at my door. My experience with Lynda F. in the office is also pleasant. It is very easy to get an appointment and she is always willing to work with you to get the date/time that works for you. Can I just say that I would (and probably already have) recommend Tudi for everything? I believe this is the first year that I have contacted all of the Tudi residential services within one year. First the HVAC for a new central A/C and furnace, then electrical for an expansive project in all areas of our home, and, finally, plumbing from Dan Caruso for all new fixtures in our downstairs bathroom. By the way, Dan already replaced the fixtures in the upstairs bathroom, just not this year! Our go to folks! Yesterday, I had a new boiler installed at my house. Your techs Mike and Jake did an outstanding job. There was a lot of work, and they completed it perfect. My job site was clean and they explained the work completely. This was the third time over the last few years that I have had Tudi do for me, and I am very well satisfied. Frank always good service. Above and beyond both times, Frank was here awhile back for our furnace and this time for our Central air, he stayed to he found the issue and repaired. Josh installed a panel about a month ago. He was so professional and personable when I had a bathroom lose electricity I called Tudi. When they said Josh was coming I immediately set to cleaning the bathroom...for an hour and a half! Think about that. How many service professionals have gotten you to call them again, much less CLEAN A BATHROOM? Josh is amazing and there was no way I was going to have him work in an unclean bathroom(compliments of my wife and daughters). Amazing team of professionals who have been working with the company for long time - Nate Vitale, Field Service has taken care of maintenance; Mike Beech and young Bob Barker installed our new condenser and split air conditioner; Mark Nazarchuk - Sales, Beth Reinhart - Sales/Scheduler, each one of whom was very efficient, kind and courteous. After receiving proposals from two Mitsubishi Diamond Contractors, I chose the one submitted by August Wagner. He was very knowledgeable and had a good eye for viewing all the rooms and picking the best way to run the lines. Took internal and external photos to illustrate the proposed layout. Reviewed electrical needs, and we decided to upgrade the panel Josh Koenig, the electrician, and his assistant( I don't recall his hame) ran new cable from the weatherhead, installed new panel, reinstalled the old panel as a subpanel and installed a wall plug as requested. They worked hard all day and finished in one day and left a clean work site. When Chris and Taee showed up as scheduled, they reviewed the job, went over details of the installation and set to work. Taee set the outside unit and Chris began installing the five indoor heads. On the second day, Rob Barker came instead of Taee along with Chris and they continued the work, running lines through the basement overhead, connecting lines, installing line covers, and rerouting one set of lines to make a better fit for one bedroom. All the work was neatly done, and they cleaned up every day. ON the afternoon of the third day, Chris explained the operation of the units, demonstrated use of the remote controls, showed how to remove and reinsert filters, how the louvers operated, and discussed how the heat controls would work when needed.We have enjoyed amazingly quiet and cool comfort. Not the service I was expecting or promised when I purchased the yearly plan. The fall service was great everything was done as expected with no excuses. Spring/summer service not so much. I don't need someone to come in and fumble around and basically do nothing. Maybe hose off the condenser! I do that much for free. He changed my furnace filter because he saw MY spare sitting there, we just changed it recently. When checking the coolant in the compressor so much refrigerant escaped I wouldn't be surprised if I now have cooling issues. The insulation on the line coming in the house was in need of replacing and the answer I got was "I don't have any on my truck, I could come back if you want". Also the fall service man said during the spring/summer service they would check the A coil in the furnace plenum. I asked about that and he said they don't do that. So, for my money spent a year in advance, I definitely would rate this service as useless. Please, Tudi if I am wrong here let me know, if you stand by what I have just outlined. ...no thank you! I do not do social media but will tell you Drew is the consummate professional. When I called regarding requesting and needing service he presented all options as it was over a weekend. When I told him I would like for him to proceed, he was here within 2 hours and explained everything thoroughly what was going on and how he addressed and fixed the problem.
