Nathan and Mike were great. I’ve worked with Nate several times and each time he was very knowledgeable, professional and obviously had a strong desire to perform high quality work. I had a very challenging and complicated installation of a whole house mini split system. Despite the challenges,Tudi was committed to ensuring that my system was perfect. Justin really went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. I can’t recommend Tudi enough, especially for larger jobs. Tudi responded the same day I called for service, thanks to the dispatcher who answered my call. Nate responded even earlier than expected, went over the Heat Pump thoroughly and found everythihg working normally. My problem was not waiting for the normal delay after shifting Modes. Nate explained that this was a normal function delay (that I had not experienced during past operation). This response was typical over more than 30 years experience using Tudi for sercvice! Late afternoon (2/18/19) I had a serious back-up in my home septic system. I called TUDI, fully expecting, due to the late hour, to get a service call the following day. Shauna found that there was a Commercial serviceman returning from a call she would try to get. Within a few minutes, Adam P. was on the phone with me, explaining his location and need to pick up equipment on his way (from Altoona). He arrived at ~ 8 PM, and , by 8:30, had the clog cleared and was loading his truck. Thanks to Shauna, for prevailing on Adam to cover my problem, and Adam for willingly extending what was likely a long day, to cover my residential service call. I deal with Tudi at work and they have always been professional and really good guys. I needed a furnace replacement at home. Mark came out to give us a quote and he was super friendly and professional. Mark was straight forward and asked plenty of questions to get us the right furnace for our home. The pricing was fair from the gate, so no need to haggle. The gentleman Lavaunghtaee who did the installation was a really good guy and totally professional. We have two unit heating and a/c units. A local company installed them when we built our house and they have been serving them ever since. One of the units needed replaced over the summer and we had the local do it. But then I saw that Costco had a company and decided to see where their bid came in when the 2nd unit needed replaced. The pricing was the same, but by using my Costco card, I received 4% cash back and will be receiving 10% back in a Costco gift card. So we went with Tudi. I received a call back within two days. A salesman came to my house a couple of days later and installation was done the following week. The weather was really bad that morning but they arrived when they said they would and we were good to go back 3 p.m. We would definitely recommend them. Service is second to none. Just a small note from the past..About 10 years ago my wife called me in Iowa, I was deer hunting, in the early morning. The boiler pilot light went out, so rather than have my wife relight the boiler, I called Tudi. I have a service plan for heating and airconditioning. With in a 30 min. span, the service tech arrived, cleaned my old boiler, re-lit, and called me in Iowa to confirm all is good. I want to thank Mark Nazarchuk for his salesmanship. I contacted a few other HVAC companies and most of them quoted me a price of double from your quote. Trust is so important when conducting business and when someone tries to take advantage of you that trust is gone. The other HVAC companies gave a price reduction when I showed then reasonable quotes. Amazing, a price reduction of 50% in a matter of minutes. Mark was upfront and gave an honest quote. We were having intermittent problems with our old water tank so we called Tudi to give use an estimate on a new tankless water heater. The floor space was a concern especially for the new larger tank water heaters. Dan C. came out and provided us with a quote for both solutions and provided the pros and cons of each. We selected the tankless solution.
Dan C. and Drew B. installed the Navien 210A Tankless Water Heater. These gentlemen were very knowledgeable and very neat with the installation. We simply cannot say enough about Dan C and Drew B., who have done several other projects for us. These two are an asset to your business.
Beth in the front office was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She accommodated our schedule for assigning the installation of the water heater.
We are always confident and satisfied with the service Tudi has given us over the years and would highly recommend them.
It's been about a week now and we are very pleased with the Navien 210A tankless water heater.

Amazing plumbers! Dan and Drew solved a sewage smell in our basement that has been bothering us for years. 3 previous visits from other plumbers had not solved the problem but Dan took a thoughtful and careful approach that figured out the cause. They did a terrific job and were so thorough and detail oriented, digging out our basement floor to find poor connections from our sewage stacks to the outgoing pipes, replacing sections of pipe, adding new connectors that needed to be at strange angles, and recementing the floor so carefully.
