Tudi has been a firm that I have been dealing with for many years. They are wonderful. Nate (technician) has been servicing both my furnace and air conditioner. Recently had some plumbing work requested ...got quick and very good service. Tudi usually sends same technician...so they are always familiar to your home and any related problems that had occurred with the furnace, air, or any plumbing work that was done. I have used Tudi Mechanical Systems for many years. The office staff is always professional and I have never had a scheduling issue. The technician arrived on time and completed the service call quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable service from start to finish. Install techs were more than willing to explain their work, the system and all aspects of the install process. Lennox high-efficiency system was the way to go as it was immediately apparent after the install was complete that our old system was performing terribly. I would like to express my appreciation to Linda and Frank for their services. Both are always friendly and professional. Linda is wonderful. She is always pleasant regardless of the time of day. Talking with her makes a person feel comfortable. I have always requested Frank I. (Field Service). "He is one in a million". I have known Frank for over 15 years. This was my first experience with Tudi and I was HIGHLY satisfied with this company and especially the plumber who was sent out to help me. Drew Bixler was quite prompt. He arrived at the very beginning of the time frame given to me. Not only did he diagnose the problem, but he was able to do what he could to help me deal with my water line insurance company, Reliable Homeworks ( which gave me nothing but a headache). Drew stayed and helped me navigate with the PA AM water company to get the water shut off immediately rather than wait for the beginning of the next workweek. Then he took on Reliable Homeworks when they were insisting the leak was caused by a break in the service line inside the house. Drew was a true blessing. Without him, I probably would have given up. Drew also hooked up a hose, with permission of the neighbor, to provide water to my townhome until all repairs are completed and the water is turned on. I highly recommend Tudi and Drew. You get what you pay for. Tudi is not the cheapest guy in town, in fact I'll bet if you asked them they would tell you that. Mark was responsive and professional throughout the entire process noted above. He thoroughly reviewed my existing system, determined what I needed to maintain / improve current heating and cooling, measured and listed all required parts, and carefully explained his determinations with me. The installation could not have gone better for two reasons. The first being that the service technicians were highly skilled and qualified to perform the work. Secondly, all parts, fittings, etc., were ordered and on board their trucks as a result of Mark's careful attention to detail. The installation team of Mike Beech and Taee Garrison replaced my old furnace and air conditioner today (5/2/19). The were extremely professional, responsible, and careful with every aspect of the installation. This is the first time I have dealt with Tudi and I will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family. From my initial phone call and Mark N coming out, it was a very good experience. I received the estimate, was explained how things would proceed and it was exactly as Mark said. Then Tae arrived on the scheduled date, right on time and installation of furnace and air conditioner went perfectly. From start to finish, communication and everything, I was treated with respect and all questions answered. Tae and his assistant were very neat and cleaned up everything. Drew Bixler was a heaven sent gift during a very trying time. He arrived at my home at the very BEGINNING of the time frame given to me. After diagnosing the problem and listening to the problems I had been experiencing with Reliable Homeworks line insurance, he made calls to PA AM Water Company to get a representative out to determine the problem and shut off the water so my basement would stop flooding. This resulted in a representative coming a shutting off the water service and reporting that there was indeed a break in the service line somewhere between the street and before the water meter in my laundry room. He made sure the report was written up stating this so it could be sent to Reliable Homeworks. He then called Reliable Homeworks himself to describe exactly what was happening. Reliable Homeworks would not even listen to him! He again talked with a water company representative to explain the difficulties that Reliable Homeworks was presenting. After yet another call to the Reliable Homeworks, we believed all would be ok. Drew was an absolute heaven sent angel and an excellent representative of Tuti. He went way out of his way to help me. As a matter of fact, Drew just called me today(3 days later) to see if all were ok. He did all of this knowing that Tuti would not be doing the job of repairing the water service line.
