His HCP expired. Said no one let them know and the tech wasn't paying attention or he would have noticed on the last appointment is was going to expire. They had problems trying to get an appointment and feel like they were ignored when trying to renew. Both Shauna and David did a great job. First Shauna scheduling the appointment the following day. Second, David being on time and doing a great job! He was professional in explaining what he was doing and why. He also corrected a problem that was an error during the installation of the A/C unit over 10 years ago.
