As I have said in past Surveys, I have been a customer of TUDI Mechanical for over ten yrs. and every Service provided has been done efficiently, professionally and timely.
The workers arrive on time, are friendly and respectful, careful about the environment, and work quickly to get the job done.

Drew repaired several leaks from my upstairs bath and replaced two (2) toilets. Drew works very efficiently quietly and professionally.
I am always happy when he comes on the job.
I have had several copper leaks repaired by Dan and Drew and I have always been pleased with their work.

Jake and Christopher were exceptional. They were very polite, worked very well together, they were professional and explained everything. August, the sales person, left out some details when presenting the options - that the Costco discount was in the form of a cash card and that usually the AC was installed on a pad on the ground. He measured the duct work incorrectly and someone from TUDI had to get more duct work and a brace to hang the AC on. Jake and Chris took all of it in stride but the install took 3-4 hours longer as a result. 09/23/19 |

John Petrigac repaired my air conditioning today and performed a checkup on my furnace. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, informed me of the cost, and, upon my approval, made the repair. He also provided loads of helpful guidance on maintenance and potential problems to watch for in the future. All during his service call, John was polite, courteous, and respectful. The Tudi technician replaced my water shutoff valve at my outside hose connection. He did a great job. He also evaluated some other plumbing issues that I brought to his attention. We have been going through major home improvements this past year. It has been somewhat stressful. We have had a parade of contractors come through our house, and we have been less than pleased with some of them. Our experience with TUDI, however, was really excellent from start to finish.
August Wagner came to our house and put together our proposal right away. He was very friendly, courteous, positive, and professional. He measured all of our radiators, carefully looked over our entire house, discussed options for placing the mini-split heads, and, in general, made it clear to us that what we wanted to do could definitely be done. Other contractors had come to our house to give us estimates for the same work. To them, everything in our old house was a problem, a headache. I can’t tell you how refreshing it was to work with August.
Our installers were Mike Beecher and Bob Barker. They were fabulous. I feel a little like we hit the installer lottery with these two. They were very friendly, respectful, courteous, careful, collaborative, and skilled. Every day they showed up on time. This might see like a small thing, but it was important to us since many of the contractors we have worked with recently were not punctual and not respectful of our time. Tearing out our old coal-converted boiler was a dirty, difficult job, but Mike and Bob did it carefully and minimized the mess. Our mini-split system involved five heads, and so there were lots of decisions to be made about their placement and the routing of the coolant lines, etc. Mike collaborated with us on all these decisions.
I’m no expert in installing these systems, but my opinion is that these installers are very skilled. I was especially impressed with Mike’s expertise and experience. Our installations look fabulous, and they were done ahead of schedule. While we haven’t needed to use our new furnace yet, the mini-split system is working great.
In summary, we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with TUDI. Mike, Bob, and August were great to work worth. It is clear to me that they are representing TUDI extremely well. 08/30/19 |

Our experience with TUDI was fabulous. We had two great installers, Mike and Bob. They installed a new high efficiency furnace and a mini-split heat pump system. Setting up an appointment for product to be installed was very easy. People were very friendly and answered any questions I had. The mechanic that installed the water heater was very courteous and friendly. He did not mind that I watched was he did most of the time and answered all of my questions.
