Love their 24/7 availability. They did my job on a Sunday. Unfortunately, they had to come back, because we still had leaks. The technician seemed knowledgeable, but his helper was on his phone the whole time. Therefore the job did not get done thoroughly. When I called to address the unfinished work, no one would answer the phone. Had to email a request to return and finish the job. They did return and finished. They are expensive. Making an appointment was incredibly easy and everyone followed through exactly as they promised. I received an e-mail and a phone call an hour before Felix arrived. The e-mail included his photo and some information about him. He arrived promptly, assessed my issues right away, and made the needed repair all the while explaining what he was doing. Felix cleaned everything up when he was finished and left a business card with contact information. I am very happy with his work. We were presented with several options as to how to resolve our issue and he answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. I needed help on a Friday night. Pink Plumber called me back immediately. The Technician Zach Lapanne was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and didn't take alot of time finding the problem. I needed to have my electric, water heater replaced and the 21 year-old tank removed. I received three quotes and was waiting on a fourth but Felix gave me the best quote of the three and ensured me he could get the job done in a small window of time. Felix is a wonderful technician-punctual, knowledgeable, professional and personable. He had to rework quite a bit of piping and welded it twice to ensure there were no leaks. You could tell he takes pride in his work, wiping down the wall and the unit after he was finished. He left his business card for future needs in the home. He even inquired about a faucet in my bathroom that was leaking. I planned to take care of it as it needs a new fixture. He pinpointed the exact leak and offered to do the job. When I told him my brother or I was going to repair it, he still gave me material recommendations to get the job done right. Found The Pink Plumber through Home Adviser. They contacted me in less than 30 minutes and were able to schedule me in for the very next day. TJ was my plumber. He was on time, polite and respectful. He was able to fix my problem and checked all my faucets and drains along with my water heater and the washing machine water hook up. He showed me how to shut off the water to all the toilets, faucets, the washing machine and the water heater in case of a future emergency. He found a potential future problem but did not make me feel uncomfortable when I declined the fix he suggested and told me what to look out for to avoid a larger problem.

Robert was on time, listened and understood the problem and went to work. Within a short amount of time he showed what the issue was and devised a plan too correct it.
