My experience with David at Pink Plummer was amazing! I was under so much stress just fearing the unknown and David assured me he would be honest, fair and take care of the problem. His professionalism is outstanding. David Explained everything to me and never made me feel rushed on making a decision. He has earned my trust and thanks to him Pink Plummer has my business. He spoke highly of his company and was proud in saying they are wonderful to work for. He even shared information about how they donate to the community when I asked him about their participation with Breast cancer. From the moment I called the Pink Plumber, I knew they were different. I had called someone else and even tho my situation was urgent, they just didn't have time for me. PP had someone out there within 2 hrs! They even sent me a little bio of my service tech before he got there. I felt better about letting a stranger into my home with that info. Felix was wonderful! NEVER USE THESE GUYS!!! THEY CHARGED $305.00 FOR A "DIAGNOSTIC" ON A SUMP PUMP AND TOLD ME IT HAD TO BE REPLACED FOR THE TUNE OF $2289.00. GOT A SECOND OPINION ADN FOUND OUT THE OLD PUMP WAS WOKING. I BOUGHT A NEW PUMP MY SELF FOR $150 AS I DID NOT TRUST THE OLD ONE LONG TERM AND HAD IT INSTALLED FOR $450.00. WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR THE FAULTY AND ERRONIUS "DIAGOSTIC" THEY SAID, TOUGH WE DID THE DIAGONISTIC AND YOU OWE US THE $305. I SAID I WOULD TAKE REFUND OF $205 BUT HAD THE SAME RESULT. After a few weeks the toilets now don't flush completely everytime. Also toilets start bubbling after a flush. Any idea what is wrong. After the work you did I really didn't expect any problems. The guys that came to do the work were great. Its the problem now. Robert P. 08/02/19 |

Jason, the plumber sent by The Pink Plumber, was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained all aspects of our problem clearly and fixed the problem quickly. He explained other steps we could take to avoid future problems, but was not pushy and accepted when we told him we couldn't afford that service at the time. The technician was courteous and professional, I was surprised at the cost of the Job; since I did not have a blocked pipe The job didn’t really require a significant amount of work to complete. I am a maintenance supervisor for buildings, so I have experience with the snaking of drains, unfortunately I am disabled and cannot complete this work myself. I had this job completed on my house over six years ago, the technician snaked the house drains from several different points, the cost of this job was $200 less. Prior to the plumber coming the company called and provided an ETA and an email of the plumbers profile, including his picture. It helped knowing who was showing up to do the job. The plumber was really professional. He did however up sell my wife after I told him what to do and cost me an extra $75 that's nonrefundable, for a useless 6 year warranty that I didn't want or need. I don't like dealing with technicians that are salesmen too. That took food off my table. The Water heater looks great and works wonderful. Pink plumber sent a tec. by the name of David. I have never used P.P before therefore I think they have a great talented staff as David got right to the problem and we are very pleased. Not only did he get if cleared but he made every effort that there was no mess. I must also say that The workman was clean and neat and polite explaining what he was going to do and one thing that is important to us that when we are given a window we expect to be then and P.P and David nailed it. Felix came to the rescue when my master bathtub faucet started leaking. I called for service and within 2 hours he arrived prepared to investigate my problem. He discovered there were no shut offs to my bathtub, which he remedied same day. He came back 2 days later with a quote for a new faucet to install and the hardware he found was the same kind I was looking at getting.
