If you're looking to upgrade your fireplace I'd put The Gas Connection at the top of your list for the installation. Alan Briscoe and his colleague Chris (don't have his last name) installed a new fireplace insert this week that I purchased from High Tech Appliance in Louisville. I'm extremely happy with Alan's and Chris's work. They were on time, efficient and very professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and left the area as clean as they found it.
After I purchased the new unit, The Gas connection was also quick in scheduling me for the installation appointment. I'm very satisfied with my decision to go with them. Alan B. 11/03/17 |

I'm enjoying my gas fire pit. The look of the inside which they did was great. They were very flexible when I couldn't be there for final on taking payment a few days later after I had looked at it. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 is that I had to contact them at least twice to come and finish once the outside was finished. Joe M. 11/02/17 |

Doug L was awesome as always. He arrived on time, let me know what was going to happen, took his shoes off and proceeded downstairs to get set up. He completed the preventive maintenance check very timely and then went over what he did. Doug takes great pride in setting up the "embers" to make it look great!
