Hello my name is Keith and I had the pleasure of working with Zach. He was professional and provided great customer service and knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions regarding the install. The company scheduled the installation on a Tuesday but the trench (done by another company) was not completed and their next available install date was on a Friday. The trench was completed on Wednesday and to our surprise, the Gas Connection squeezed us in the following day! This was awesome because we will now have our custom fire pit installed on our deck sooner! Lucus, our sells representative was also knowledgeable and informative. Aaron just left our home less than an hour ago, and after speaking with my wife about the experience, I had to leave a review. Aaron was amazing.
From friendly conversation to vacuuming after he was finished, my wife felt very comfortable and happy with the Gas Connection and Aaron. We installed a 1932 gas stove and Aaron was super friendly and complimentary.
We were worried that we'd get somebody trying to steer us away from our antique appliance, but instead got somebody supportive and willing to make it work and walk my wife through what to watch for, etc.

Super professional all the way. Got a quote for my gas line from another plumbing company (biggest one in Denver) and it was really high. My neighbor (a landscaper) recommended Gas Connection and, wow, he was right. Way less expensive (probably because that's all they do! ..and do it faster and better!) We have used The Gas Connection twice now and have been very pleased with their services! The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and helpful!! It's easy to get an appointment for an estimate and also for the service work to be done. They were so gracious and willing to accommodate a last minute service request with less than 24 hrs notice. I smelled gas after lightning my pilot light and turning on the fireplace after it had been turned off for 6 months. I was really worried. Amy took my information and when she realized that my issue was potentially dangerous she put me through to Doug. Doug understood my concern and he created time in his schedule to come over right away which would otherwise would have been really unusual. It was immediately apparent that Doug knew his stuff. He found the source of the leak as well as some other issues where screws were missing and one piece of the fireplace that had been installed incorrectly. Not only did he fix the leak and other issues but he took the time at the end of his day to clean the whole unit and he made the flame much better looking. It had been scraggly and he added some stuff that distributed the flame much better and now it has a nice glow as well.
