My wife and I were very pleased with both men from Gas Connections; the first man came out to estimate and schedule the work, and Aaron who came out later and completed the work. Our gas fireplace would not ignite. After searching through BBB I came across Gas Connection. From the moment Bren answered the phone I knew I had chosen the right company. Bren scheduled me for 2021. She assured me if they had a cancellation or Tom finished a service call early she would call me. Bren is true to her word. Three days later she did call me! She told me Tom finished a call early and he was on his way to our house. Now that's customer service! Tom was a total professional. He found dirt in our fireplace that I had never seen. He removed so much soot and dirt from our fireplace that I sat speechless watching him. Tom was one of the kindest people I have ever dealt with. The Gas Connection worked in conjunction with Underground Technologies (underground directional boring) to install underground gas lines from my outside meter to a detached garage and patio. From the onsite quoting to the delivered installation, all interactions were some of the best contractor experiences I've ever had in 12 years of home ownership.
John Molet was the Gas Connection installer on my job. He was friendly, worked quickly, and had great attention to detail. While making the connection at my garage, I realized the shut-off valve was below the grade where I will eventually install a concrete sidewalk. Without hesitation, John reworked the connection and even flipped the direction of the valve to give as much clearance as possible from the riser.
The pipe work inside my garage was fantastic. John worked with my desired layout and path for the pipe and landed it exactly where I wanted it for my new garage heater. It was true craftsmanship.
Everything about the work showed attention to detail, care for my property, and desire to deliver exactly what I wanted. The Gas Connection will be my first call for any future gas line work. John M. 11/23/20 |

This company made every step easy and seamless, and they followed all Covid protocols. They were responsive and prompt when scheduling for quotes and appointments. Our quote to have a new gas line put in that stretched across our house above the finished basement ceiling was well researched and thought out, and the price was fair and accurate with no frills and no hidden surprises when we paid our bill. Zach did our installation and managed to install the entire pipe line without making any cuts in to the ceiling or walls of our finished basement (the official quote had said they would have to do at least one hole; another company had told us they would have to cut 5!). He was incredible and I would recommend Zach specifically to anyone who needs to have new gas piping installed.
