Have used Morris for the past 3-4 years, and all the technicians that have visited the house for maintenance, including most recently Steve Z., have been wholly professional, courteous and thorough. We haven't had any real problems with our HVAC (knock wood), so I can't opine as to anything beyond routine service, but in all respects we've encountered, from their office administration, follow-through and in-home service, we have nothing but positive things to say. Sean from Morris HVAC installed a new 5" media air cleaner for my furnace and air conditioning system. The installation involved some sheet metal fabrication and modification of some existing return ducting. Sean exceeded my expectations in the meticulous way in which he installed the new air cleaner and very painstakingly put all the return ductwork back together. Job well done. Peter came to do the annual cleaning of our propane powered ***** furnace. He was very professional in his manner and the work he did. Upon entering our home, he covered his boots with "booties" to protect our wood floors as it was raining. Every aspect of working with Morris has been a positive experience. Andy was extremely helpful in both choosing the right equipment and in getting the heat loan and rebates that I wanted. The experience was superior starting from the quoting process. The quotes were clearest of all we invited to bid. The answers to questions by email were prompt and informative. We didn't pick the lowest bidder. In fact Morris may have been the highest bidder, but it made us feel very comfortable that we understood what we were going to get. Then the 3-day process for installing the entire heater with humidifier and air conditioning system in our 3-floor home was extremely well orchestrated with plumbers and electricians showing up when needed. They completed the job on time, leaving the place clean. The staff was very friendly and we got a very patient tutorial on how to use the new high tech touch screen thermostats. They also offer a service plan for a modest fee which gives us assurances that we will get support in the future. The only mishap is that they didn't install the filter option that we selected. Still, when discovered, they didn't try to talk themselves out of it. They confirmed the paperwork mix up with the office and immediately scheduled a time to return and make the change, even though this is likely to add an entire day of labor. Chris was well prepared and fully and clearly explained the options available to us. In addition, he walked us through our house recommending optimal placement of the wall units. Further, his proposal was prompt and complete and he responded quickly to our detailed questions. The Installation Team (Matt and Alex) were always professional, courteous, on time and worked steadily completing our project within the time estimate. Our old house presented a number of engineering challenges which were solved exceptionally well. The outside ducting was impeccably installed and complements our home. Manny and Mario did our installation of three Mitsubishi split duct AC/heat pumps. These well trained technicians were respectfull of our property and Manny had great ideas on the most efficient routing for the somewhat challenging installation of the linesets at our house. They were an A team. Very hard workers.

Morris Heating & AC was a pleasure to work with from the first phone call for an estimate to the installation yesterday of a new air conditioning unit. Everyone we spoke with was very professional and courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable. The unit had been replaced previously and had never worked correctly. Leo and Joel installed a new unit after the estimator determined what the problem was and it blasted cold air when it was turned on. I only seem to have HVAC issues on the weekends LOL...fortunately Morris HVAC is always there when they are needed... (even on the weekends).
Steve (the service technician) promptly returned my call this morning, estimated when he would arrive this afternoon and was here exactly as he said. I was 100% confident in Steve's diagnosis of the issue and his recommended fixes for both the short term needs and longer term plans of the system. He was cautious to not do too much too quickly today if the end game was a system replacement in a few months. He advised us as if he was spending money from his own pocket. Kudos to Morris for having top talent and thanks to Steve for your expertise today.
