Armando D., the technician, was very courteous and thorough in his work. He uncovered a problem we didn't even realize we had (a loose wire that was affecting the efficiency of heating and cooling) and fixed it at no charge. Daniel was awesome and Crawford overall was great! My only issue was with the actual install guys. The install looks amazing and the system runs great but I found a few things that were broken around my house after they were done. I reported one of them. I also found one of my drinks they had taken out of my refrigerator and it was set on top of one of my really expensive drums that is not supposed to have moisture on it. I didn’t report that either. I wasn’t sure how to even report that. Thus this review. 04/14/18 |

Sales person was good until he made the sale and then he wasn’t good at all. Found him to be condensending towards both my wife and I and talked to us as if we were dumb. I had to schedule my own inspection as they didn’t do it and then they tried to change the terms of our agreement when they didn’t get their paperwork in on time. 04/13/18 |

It's Texas with warmer weather fast approaching, and my air conditioner compressor died. Crawford's staff members first came for a diagnostic call, then a customer service representative talked to us about our options and helped us get on a stress-free payment plan... then Misael came and promptly, efficiently, respectfully installed what we needed and made sure it was to our satisfaction before leaving. Everything went just fine. Mikel called ahead to inform he was on the way and showed up on time. He examined and tested both units inside and out. He explained everything as he went along and answered any and all questions I had. He found on major problem on one of the units and pointed it out to me. It was a miracle that the unit was still running at all, but he fixed the problem and replaced the fried capacitor. I am very glad to have Mikel on the job for my preventive maintenance program. I was using Crawford Services back when they were known and AirRite. They have always been on time and deliver the best work ever. I would especially like to address Jerry Byrd, Comfort Advisor. I have been having issues with my A/C unit and I asked Crawford Services to come out and check it out. They found everything in working order and did not try to sell me anything. I mentioned that we were having areas in the house that were not cooling as desired and they recommended making a few adjustments. They will be here Monday to make these changes. Jerry B. 04/04/18 |

Recently I had a service Technician from Crawford Services, Joe G., service my A/C unit for the Summer time frame. Joe was very friendly, did his work in a very professional manner, and after checking the Unit inside, Joe went outside and worked on A/C Unit. Bottom Line, Joe said I needed some refrigerant for the A/c. In summary, as a customer, I was very pleased with Joe's Service and annual A/C Check. I will be looking for Joe to return for Fall Heating Unit Check-up Thanks again for such good service and up front call to let me know that Joe was his first stop and that he would be coming from Bedford, Tx.
