I learned my storage unit was robbed and needed 3 guys immediately to move my items to a new storage facility. I called Cowboy the morning after I learning I was robbed & my items were not safe. The next day Cowboy sent me three of their best guys. It was a cold day and there was a lot of things to move. They really cared about my items as if it were their own things. The guys worked so hard to move my things. I don't think they took a single break from start to end. There was so much to move we didn't finish the job. I had the best moving experience today. They had the truck loaded and ready to go in one hour... after they unloaded at my new home, they even helped me rebuild my table and bed. Cowboy Moving & Storage
5th move in 3.5 years and by far the easiest. These guys worked hard.... No breaks, no lunch, 7 hours straight! We hired 3 and a truck, Dominic, Alfreldo, & Alejandro. Could not have been more professional and courteous, even when I showed them the garage gym we needed to pack.... just an extra 4500 lbs of equipment.
Highly Recommend, great day packing, moving, and unpacking way to much stuff.

They did a great job and nothing was damaged. Also they moved everything very quickly and I have a lot of stuff. They were also very nice and friendly. They also were very careful with my more delicate stuff like my glass because I am a glassblower so I have a lot of glass and they didn't break or damage any of it. It was 3 guys who moved my stuff and I am having trouble reading two of the guys signatures but their names were Jesse and the two signatures that are hard to read I think say Agusti and Alejandro. I had a wonderful (underlined) experience with Cowboy Moving and Storage. We had a direct move (same day load, travel and unload) of a 5 bed, 4.5 bath, 3 car, full basement home. We had a crew of 3x2 trucks (6 crew members) and they showed up just a little later than I expected due to traffic. Upon arrival, they immediately got to work - walking through what was going to happen and some paperwork, a quick home tour, and laying down protection throughout. I've moved 8 times in my adult life, 4 with professional movers. This move was, by far, the best I've ever experienced. What struck me most was that the crew had fun together, all day long. A bit of, "whistle while you work"; I couldn't believe how fast the move went. They had my house loaded, without damage or incident, in under 3 hours, beat me to my new home, and unloaded in about 2.5 hours. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient Charles and the team were. Bob and Alfredo from Cowboy Moving could not have done a better job with my move. It snowed the day of the move and this did not seem to phase them at all. The worked tirelessly, quickly and were careful with everything they handled. My move was complicated with three stops and heavy stuff at each place. They were happy to do anything we needed. This was not a positive experience for us. The team was courteous but lacked experience and a strong leader. I heard a loud crash and was told nothing broke, but when we went to make the bed last night, it was not set up correctly (shrink wrap still on box spring and electronics not brought in or connected for adjustable bed). In the long process of finding the electrical boxes, crawling under the bed to connect and moving mattresses to cut the shrink wrap off, we found that the headboard was smashed and taped back together. 01/14/17 |

We used Cowboy to make our 180 mile move. Over a three day period they packed us and moved us to the mountains in January. Not one damaged item! The entire moving experience with Cowboy Moving and Storage was amazing. From the start it was a pleasant experience, they called a few days before the move was scheduled. They also sent an email stating that they would be coming and who they would be sending, with pictures attached. Forrest, Alejandro and Agustin were The Most amazing guys!! They were professional, fun, upbeat and amazing at their job! I would recommend these three gentlemen over and over again! I really can not say enough about these guys. Thank you three so much for all of your hard work. The office staff I talked to was great as well. I spoke with Debbie a couple of times and she was so nice.
If you're looking to move, please consider this company. I am totally satisfied with everything that they've done for me. I will use them again the next time I need to move!
