Arron did a fibulas job troubleshooting why our oven should not start. Our oven is used to cure the powder coated ladders in our manufacturing process. Sometime in early 2017 Aaron from Benchmark Air Conditioning came to our home for our fall inspection. His focus was the heating system. Aaron was obviously very experienced and conducted himself in a professional manner. He was not only interested in making sure the system worked well. He was also focused on safety. We have had the pleasure of working with Benchmark Air Conditioning for the past 4 years. They have been a blessing to work with. They are honest, helpful, on time and knowledgeable. They never leave you with a bigger problem than you had before, but make sure all of your concerns are taken care of. Benchmark will go the extra mile to do it right the first time which is something most companies fail to do today. More importantly, i feel safe knowing that they will always take care of my concerns and leave my home better off than it was before. Aaron explained in detail why were we having the problem. He took pictures of our ac unit, showed me the measurements of the intake/outtake and fixed our problem. He also explained additional options to cool our backroom and to circulate the air in our house better. Dora in the office was very friendly and accommodating also. When my air conditioning unit went out during a heat wave, I knew to call Benchmark Air Conditioning as I had worked with them before and had been pleased with their work and prices.
The office manager, Dora, was very friendly and helpful and got me set-up with a technician that day.
My tech, Arron, arrived on time and was very polite. After examining my unit, he showed me the part that needed to be replaced and gave me a quote. Within an hour, the part was obtained and ready for installation. He was quick and cleaned up all of the debris.

Imagine what it's like to come home from a 2 week vacation and find that the temperature in your house is 95F degrees! Thank goodness for Benchmark Air Conditioning. They got me on their schedule ASAP, and their technician Ken was as good as he could be about being prompt, polite, patient about explaining things, and solving the problem quickly. He had the part we needed in his van.

Excellent service! I called around 9.30 am about my A/C making a horrible noise. Aaron came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Our A/C unit is extremely old, but we would like to first get our roof replaced within the next couple of years, so where most other companies would have urged us to install a new one, Aaron listened and gave us advice. We decided to let him repair the part which would give us another couple of years before deciding to replace the entire unit. The unit was back up and running in no time and for a reasonable price. Fantastic service. The owner personally went far beyond what was required to service my AC. Noticed my garden hose was old and left a new one for me. Very eager to make sure I received great service and had a great experence with this family owned company.
Helped with complications to AC. The owner is honorable and will do what he says he will do. Great price, did not try to over charge. I can not say enough about this fantastic company. I have never received such great service with any other company. Out standing! I recommend everyone in my family to use them. You will be glad you did. I signed up for the twice a year service.
