Armbrust was very professional from beginning to end. The person who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was polite and helpful. The person who called with a quote and information on the new toilet I was ordering was also polite and answered all my questions. Alan C. who came out to do the installation was on time and did the job well, keeping my house clean as he worked. He also took the time to answer all my questions and gave me some information about another plumbing job I need done. When it is time to get that job done, I will definitely call Armbrust. Tom is great! He came in and got to work fixing black-water backup coming from the base of the toilet. Right away he layed cloth to protect the carpet, lined the bathroom with plastic to cut the mess and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done. I would definitely recommend Armbrust to anyone looking for a new boiler or old boiler service. After Armbrust installed a new boiler for us this Fall, during the recent arctic vortex we had a problem which it took them a few tries to figure out and correct (configuration of the intake and exhaust pipes). Been in our home for 23 years. Need a plumber once in a while. Discovered Armbrust about five years ago - and now that's who I call every time I need a plumber.
