Three years ago we were told by a big company that we probably would need to replace our unit. All Temp was recommended to us as they are also a Harrisburg Company. I have always received excellent service from this company.Sal A has been servicing my HVAC system last Fall 2016 and again this Spring 2017. I brought to his attention that the A/C filters that he left me do not fit my vents when I went to change them. They are too small and I feel they do not fit tightly enough to filter the air properly. This is something perhaps the company needs to consider in order to save money on a product that is not quite as efficient as the ones previously given to the customer. Sal A. 05/16/17 |

I called their number on Saturday and left a voice message. Shane returned my call after a few minutes. I told him about our A/C problem. He came over after 30 minutes. He was able to fix our A/C within half an hour. Shane was very professional, knowledgeable and an honest guy. He even let me take a picture of him while fixing our A/C. waste of time, I was charged $91 for diagnostics. Sale rep was suppose to come by and give me a quote to complete the work. Was told someone will call me within a day or two. I waited and talked to someone in the office, was told I will get a call back. That was a week back. More than 2 weeks, I am still waiting. Useless organization. 05/12/17 |

I had my first heat pump installed by All-Temp in 1985. I had them replace it with a new heat pump in 2000. I have had a yearly maintenance contract with them for over 30 years. I could not be happier with the performance of the equipment or service they have provided. After 17 years use of my current heat pump, I am considering replacing it with new equipment. Bought my first heat pump from All Temp in 1985. Replaced it to get a more efficient model after 15 years. I've had a maintenance contract with them for close to 30 years. I've been very satisfied with the service, both routine and otherwise, which I've received from All Temp.
I recommended All Temp to my neighbor, who purchased a heating/cooling system from All Temp and has been very happy with his purchase.

Thank you so much for your prompt service. We were without air conditioning for almost 2 days after our regular handyman fell through. Even though the schedule was full, your friendly receptionist made us an appointment for the afternoon. The service guy came 2 HOURS early (fantanstic!!).
