We had just bought a Lennox heating and air system. I suddenly realized that the compressor was not working as it should. We had not had this system for long, only 1year 6 months. You can imagine how we felt when this happened. Not even 2 years old and we are already having trouble. Of course, it was just before a cold front with possible sleet and snow. Ryan was the lucky guy who would have to find out what was going on with this unit. He was already aware of the situation. Our full warranty had expired. We were still making payments on this thing. Now I understand that things are going to break down, but not this early. As most people we have our share of financial stress. Well the long and short of it, he found out the problem. First the transformer was gone, and the TXV valve was shot. God Bless this fellow, he listened patiently as I vented my frustrations. Of course not towards him personally, he was just doing his job. He told us that he was going to call his boss and figure out how much it was going to cost. Well, I waited in the house with the checkbook ready. I was scared to death. So, I here a knock at the door and Ryan asks to come in. Oh lord I thought, this isn't good. I said ok how much, Ryan smiled and said I might get a hug for what I'm going to tell you. He said it will be a full warranty on this visit and the next to fix this unit. Well, he got his hug and there were some tears too. Ryan was patient and took his time to fix our compressor. Christian was professional, efficient and very personable. There was a problem with a heating unit. Christian explained and demonstrated the problem in detail and told me my options to fix the problem. Within 24 hours All Temp called to tell me they had the part needed, gave me the cost and scheduled a time on same day for Christian to come back out and fix the problem. Responsive and professional. All Temp was able to repair our ancient HVAC on the spot (they had parts on hand). While the technician, Christian, made recommendations for a new system eventually, he did not oversell at all. We were dreading this experience (because based on a past experience with another company, we assumed it would take a long time to diagnose and get the right parts, or that we would have to get a new system), but we were so pleased with the result and will absolutely go back to them. Please let the All Temp Svc company know that their service person Ryan, recognized that the outside unit had a screw loose and he tightened it. Also that he was the first person to realize too many leaves packed full in the unit. He vacuumed out the leaves. I commend how he noticed these items and how he took immediate action to correct potential problem(s). I am so greatful for his work.
