I have used All Temp for many years and am always impressed by the knowledge and politeness of their technicians. Just last week at the regular Spring maintenance check-up Sal the technician found that the humidifier solenoid was not functioning. This company installed a completely new HVAC System including ductwork for me, they were professional, timely, and cleaned up their work area. After the installation I requested they come back and make two adjustments and they responded immediately. All Temp has serviced my prior system and when I needed a new system they gave me the best deal and great installation. Answered all my questions (I had many) and sent a very knowledgable service technician to check it after one year. She was very thorough and informed me every step of the way. My system decided to quit the evening of Labor Day, but Sakina C. was at my house by lunchtime the next day and had my system up and running in no time. She was not only pleasant and professional, but she really went the extra mile to make sure my repair cost was as minimal as it could be. I honestly can't praise her enough! Matt did not go into the attic the first time to check that unit and only changed filters and serviced the outside unit. I had to call again to have him come back, then he upset my tenant by the comment he put on the receipt for the 2nd visit by saying we "insisted" that he come out even though everything was fine! All Temp was recommended by the property manager of Afton Village as well as my tenant, but I am sorely disappointed now. I paid the invoice for service the very first day - $354. 07/25/17 |

Our upstairs air condition was out on a Sunday I called my regular repair man and he was closed, so we came across All Temp Co and were told that they would be over in 45 minutes and so it was. Called All-Temp this morning to report an outage of my Heat Pump's outdoor unit. An appt. was set up for 1-2 PM. A subsequent call from All -Temp said a service tech was available earlier. Shane W. arrived soon thereafter and after a quick check of the inside air handling unit, he went outside and very quickly diagnosed the problem in the outside unit. Shane expertly and efficiently repaired the problem with the unit, then checked air flow temps in the house, and the Freon in the unit. Although I've been an All-Temp customer for 30 plus years, this was the first time Shane had worked on my Heat Pump.
