My first interaction with All Temp was with Anthony who scheduled the appointment for a home solutions advisor to come out to meet with my wife and I about our HVAC needs. Mr. Charles ****** was assigned to meet with us, and he did a thorough analysis of our existing HVAC systems and presented a viable solution for replacing them. Charles was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and thorough in his recommendations. Prior to discussing our situation with All Temp, we had met with and received proposals from five other HVAC companies, large and small, in the Charlotte area. In the end, we selected All Temp to install our new HVAC and furnace for our downstairs area. We really liked the way Charles interacted with us and the options he provided. All Temp also provided financial options to cover the cost of the system and installation that we decided to use. Later, we selected an installation date and filled out the paper work to get things started. That was also smooth and easy. The technicians that installed the system, Justin, Zach, Jace, and Alex could not have been more professional, efficient and responsive during the installation process. Rarely have I seen such a group of technicians that worked so well together. And while All Temp technicians are still making some adjustments to the system, they are doing so very efficiently and professionally. Prior to my initial contact with All Temp, I had not known of them or their services. Now I do. When we decide to replace our upstairs unit, we plan to contact All Temp to do that installation as well. And we will be happy to recommend All Temp to anyone that we know of that's planning to replace their HVAC systems. Zack L. 08/26/19 |

Called All Temp when the company I HAD service contract with let me down. All Temp had Tech in my home in about three hours. New coil being installed in about 36 hours. Switched service contract to All Temp. Ryan was very professional and courteous during visit (footies went on as soon as he entered the house). He explained all the details and didn’t leave until unit was actually running (and cooling) again. I cannot say enough good things about everyone I talked to. Ray listen to what I wanted (info wise) and gave me answers without side stepping my questions. Anthony improved on the initial service call and install times. Our recent service by All Temp was very complete and professional. The technician, Jarred, thoroughly checked all components and made the necessary repairs. He was very professional and made certain all of our questions were answered. This was an excellent service experience. Sal was phenomenal at All Temp Co. He came to provide the summer service of my AC unit, but he gave so much more. He explained what he was going to do, he suggested things I can do to prevent future issues, he took the time to really look at my duct work and was forthright about its condition. AllTemp did a great job last year replacing all of the duct work under my house. So I asked them to look at the outside heat pump that was not heating properly. Alex arrived on time and was courteous and kind. He replaced the parts necessary to get it working correctly(in the rain). I would definitely recommend them to friends as they were recommended to me. I have been dealing with All Temp since 1985. I was in the construction business during this time, and All-Temp did all my installations and repairs on equipment. Since retirement All-Temp has done all my routine maintenance, and replacement of equipment when necessary. I hold the Company and their personnel in the highest regard for their business operation, personnel, and workmanship.

Where do I even start? Billy and his crews at All-Temp have been absolutely fantastic. They have just finished putting in a brand new Geothermal system in to replace the old Geo system that was 15 years old and worn out. I also had them replace the nasty 30 year old duct work that was in the house as well. Billy said that it would be a 3-4 day job and they were correct. Day 1, removing the old system and duct work. Day 2 they hung the new system from the floor joists (the old system was precariously sitting on cinder blocks on uneven ground). They started putting in the new duct work. Day 3, they worked very hard as it was Friday and they promised me I'd have heat for the weekend (it was about 50 degrees in the house). They got the new system up and running on Friday. They had more work to complete so they would be back on Monday. However, Friday night the system stopped working. What?? Well, by that time it was 10:30 and Jerrold said he'd come on out, but I assured him that we'd be fine in the upstairs bedroom (separate working unit) and to come in the morning. Well, about 10am Sat morning it started working so when Jerrett called and said he was on the way, i told him it was working so he suggested that they look at it Monday since if it was working, he'd have nothing to troubleshoot anyway. Worked all day Saturday like a champ. Stopped working Sat night (see a pattern?). Called Jerrett and said he should come out Sunday, he said no problem. He showed up and it was still not working, so he go under the house and then it starts working on it's own before he touches anything. He checked all the pressures, everything looked good. He went back up and checked my Ecobee Thermostat and he found buried in the menus a setting that basically disabled the compressor if the temp was below 35 which was not needed for my Geothermal set up. Changed that setting and bam, no issues since.
The point of all of that was to say that Jerrett and the rest of the guys were very professional from the get go. Someone needed to come and check out the system on a Sunday? No problem. The system needed to be up by Friday? No problem. In fact, i swear I saw no fewer that 12 different All-Temp folks at my house over the period of those 4 days. At one point I think I had 4 trucks at my house. There was another bringing supplies so that the guys could keep working and not have to make a run somewhere.
When they were done for the day, they cleaned up everything. You'd never know that they were even there.When the job was finished they swiffered my hardwood floors where ever they walked in case it was dirty even though they put on booties when coming in. They insisted that they were doing things the right way after pointing out previous shortcomings with old work. They were not satisfied until I was satisfied. The job total was close to $20k so yes, I would expect nothing less than perfection, and I believe that just what Billy and his guys at All-Temp have given me.

We are new to the area and had just moved into our home when we needed to find a company to check and service our heating and air conditioning system. All Temp Co., Inc. was highly rated and recommended by the manufacturer of our system so we contacted them first. We were able to get an appointment right away and we were very pleased with our technician, Jarrett J******. Our system is several years old and was not working like it should. Jarrett was very thorough and explained everything in detail as the appointment took longer to make all the necessary repairs and get the system functioning properly. He also helped install the carbon monoxide detector we needed. We felt the rates charged were fair and we signed up for the planned maintenance in order to take advantage of the discount they offer for any parts needed in the future. We were never pressured to purchase a new system but it will be something we need to consider as our system is starting to degrade. We would definitely deal with All Temp Co.
