Michael D. came out on a Sunday to fix my air conditioner and was so polite, friendly, and professional. He was able to identify the problem quickly and service the issue without it causing further damage. I definitely recommend All Temp. The installation of my new HVAC system, including new duct work, was such a pleasure, I don't even mind writing the check. From quote to final test of the system, I experienced knowledgeable, professional, respectful team members. They answered my incessant questions; when I had a schedule issue, they changed their schedule to insure I had heat when the temperature dropped over the weekend; they practiced good Covid recommendations...I simply cannot say enough good things about them. I would single out every single employee I have had dealings with for a special thank you. That includes Charles, Mike, the young man fresh out of high school, Phillip, Clemente, Chris, forgive me if I missed someone. We have been so impressed by All Temp during the entire process of selecting and installing two new HVAC systems in our home. From the initial salesperson Charles who answered so many of our questions and came to our house multiple times to Mike C. I have called AllTemp multiple times for the apartment complex that I work for and they would come out same day to provide the repairs for the units that I need done.
They are very quick, professional, and friendly. They also suggest preventative things that could make the future maintenance less taxing.

I cannot say enough good things about All Temp! Every member of the staff that we interacted with was phenomenal from start to finish. The office staff walked us through each step of our commercial HVAC replacement (including multiple proposals, financing, etc.) and answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. I am so grateful to AllTemp. They put me on the schedule right away because our AC was not working and it was very hot inside and out. Sal got our AC back up and running. He worked all afternoon on the unit to make sure it was running properly. I was braced for a huge bill since he had been here so long but was so surprised to hear him say it was all covered under the warranty! Good morning Billy- All Temp just completed my job of running gas lines to my gas grill, and fire pit. The fire pit was a conversion from a wood burning pit so it was a “ retro-fit ".
Words cannot describe the professionalism and attention to detail that Gary, Zack, and Alex did on this task. It proved to be a little more complicated because it was a retro-fit on the fire pit.
I liked the fact that Gary stayed involved through the whole process- stopping by numerous times to check on progress. Zach was very “ meticulous ” in doing the job… which I admire.
Last but NOT least- I appreciate very much Diane always calling me and following up on scheduled times, and any other issues. She was a reassuring voice through out the process.
You came recommended to me from my son -in law, Chris Tebbit- which you had done a job for him on Winthrop Drive in Charlotte.
We have moved around and have built 6 custom homes , 2 major renovations , and countless other jobs.
I have to say this one is right at the top— thanks to the team of Gary, Diane, Zach, and Alex.
Outstanding communication is certainly a key factor in All Temp’s success.

I recently had them perform an inspection on both of my AC units. It was approximately $250. They looked at both units and said one had a leak but the other was fine. I got the report the following morning and it was complete garbage. The report didn’t have any useful information and didn’t even say anything about the leak.
I called about the poor quality of the report and they offered to come and find the leak for free. The tech was great and found the leak within an hour. They called me later in the day and said the part was $256.00 and they will send me a quote for the whole job. The next morning, I received a quote for $2000.00. I did research and found the part price was indeed $250. I asked where the other costs were from and they said they couldn’t tell me that. This is a very shady thing to do. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Update: I have contacted another company to come and look at the issue. When asked what All Temp quoted me, the guy laughed and said, how can someone be so dishonest? I am having it replaced tomorrow morning for $900.00 which includes parts, labor and tax versus the $2026.58 that all temp quoted. Choose wisely folks. Sal A. 07/29/20 |

Mike was the on-call guy that responded to my request for after-hours service. He was able to diagnose the problem with my A/C unit quickly and devise a plan for the repair. After delivering my daughter I returned home 2 days later (today) to an unresponsive AC system. After realizing that today was Sunday and most businesses were closed, I quickly began to panic. With a newborn in hand, recovering from a C section and temperatures above 95 outdoors, it seemed like nothing was going right. After a quick Google search I found and called All Temp Co. Mike, the technician, arrived within 30 minutes of my call (he was scheduled for 7pm) . He found, fixed and resolved my issue within the hour. I can honestly say, from start to finish the A-one team are the kind of people that are easy to deal with. They were honest about my options on my aged hvac system and didn't try to over up sale me . The installation crew , Mike and Isaac, came right on time and completed my installation ahead of schedule. They even vacuumed . I am very satisfied with my whole experience.
