Service Rep fast quick and provided necessary information. Office staff need training in setting up apts. Set up first for a Monday 8 AM then changed to 10 am and then told be there anywhere from 10:30 - noon all due to meeting. Temp in house 98 with no air. Rep showed up at 9 AM. Jarrett was very helpful and provided insights to the situation. Overall, the diagnostic write up is accurate, however, there was one aspect that I did not see covered that we talked about and that was enveloping the water lines in foam padding and then enveloping in new insulation. Not sure if that is implied as part of this effort but seems key. Just ensuring the discussed possible work is fully captured would seem to help ensure a more reliable subsequent quote for the work at hand.
