The group of Techs who worked at our home were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. As often happens the job doubled in size and scope shortly after it began. The Tuckey Techs took it in stride. They were efficient and effective throughout. The Removal team got their part of the job done and moved on so quickly that I didn't get to know them as well as Matt V., who was in charge of the Installation team. Matt was both an excellent technician and team leader. Not only was Matt knowledgeable, he could ,also, communicate what he (they) we're doing and he could explain why they were doing it. He explained things in terms that I, a know nothing, could understand. Matt, also, answered questions and provided advise that was understandable and technically correct. All this while being friendly and cooperative. I must admit I didn't meet a Tuckey Team member who wasn't friendly, cooperative, and a diligent worker.

David and Matt did a great job. They worked as a team and had the boiler running great. I could tell they didn’t cut any corners when cleaning the unit. I definitely felt their knowledge of the unit was comprehensive and they knew just what to do. It makes me confident the unit is running efficient and properly.

I have used Tuckey to service my heat pump for a number of years now. I highly recommend their seasonal service calls which have identified a number of minor issues with the system and a major one that, thanks to their finding it, allowed it to covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Prompt arrival, courteous, ensured boots were clean before walking through our home, worn a mask. Dave's expertise with his equipment and knowledge of plumbing, as well as engineering, resulted in the installation of our garage sink and drain being completed in less the the estimated time. He also made time to answer my wife's questions about our whole-house humidifier. Dave is another great representative of Tuckey.

The Tuckey air condition service listed eleven main points that would be included. The technician was David who arrived with mask and shoe coverings. He proceeded to inspect, clean and service everything with precision and expertise even explaining things as he went. His work exceeded my expectations, doing so with a pleasant personality. I don’t know if the apprentice system is still utilized with HVAC technicians; but if it is, I would want David to be my mentor. His knowledge and workmanship are the best.

We recently had our PM done, as well as, a few loose ends tied up from having a new Bryant system installed in our home. David W. was the service tech who came to our home. David was professional, personable, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He completed everything that needed to be done and educated me on what that included.
