Ben came check out our furnace. He was very thorough and asked me to stay as he went through the furnace, looking for possible issues. when he was finished, it was determined we needed a new furnace. The Dispatch manager Abrham was knowledgeable and made everything easy for me and the pricing was better than the other companies I looked at. The Techs that came out to do the installation of my furnace and ac, did a great job, everything looked professional, betther than the other AC units outside my condo. I had new Lennox furnace and AC installed. Install crew showed up on time and completed job in one day. Left my basement clean after completion. I was impressed with how new furnace and thermostat wiring were completed. I also was impressed on how condensate drains from AC coil were completed. The last thing you want in the middle of the night when it is 10 degrees outside is for your furnace to go out. With two small children, I needed to get someone out fast to get the heat back on.When I looked them up it showed that they were open 24/7, 7 days a week. Prior to reaching out to them, I called another company that did not answer, and sure enough when I called Now Heating & Air at 1 am, they picked up, so I was beyond happy that they could get someone out to us in less than two hours. When the technician came to the door, he was courteous, and did not seem at all bothered that he was up at that hour. He was professional looking and respected my home by putting on booties. Once he found the problem, keep in mind I know nothing about furnaces, he explained it so I understood what the problem was and how he would fix it, as well as the cost, which I was surprised at, because I expected it to be higher with them coming out in the middle of the night. He happened to have the parts that were needed already on his truck, and got the furnace up and running within an hour of arriving. My family is grateful for the response and effectiveness of the technician, as well as all the information he provided us with. He explained the benefits of a new system, as ours is old, along with the benefits of their service agreement that will have them coming out doing regular maintenance. We signed up for the agreement, but will further discuss a new system. So when the time comes to needing a new furnace, we will absolutely use them again. When my furnace stopped on a single digit night I called NOW and they dispatched Terry to solve my problem. He got my furnace back on line for the night but it still needed repairs. He returned the next day with parts and completed the repairs. I appreciate the fast service and skill Terry provided, the unit works like new again.

Thank goodness for this company. They saved the day. I have a rental property that had the water heater go out and to say how unhappy my tenants were, is an understatement. Of course, I can not control the water heater, and it failing, but what I can control is getting it fixed. Now Heating & Air responded quickly and even though they could not fix it right then, because I needed a new water heater, they were able to go and pick it up and bring it back the same day. They worked until 7 pm installing it to make sure my tenants had hot water. I recommend this company over and over and if I could give them more stars, I would. Thank you for the awesome service.
