Called Reliable early Monday morning with news that our Dual Fuel Unit had quit working on Sunday. Technician Mike Buckner came out, quickly identified the problem, had spare parts with him, made the repairs and put us back into service by Monday afternoon. Reliable had the technician report emailed to me immediately using their customer service system. I highly recommend this company for their commitment to keeping their clients happy and informed. Cameron made every effort to make sure that our air conditioner was working properly and even came back a second day to correct some things that he decided were wrong, and refunded the money that we had paid the first day. He was very honest and went out of his way to do the best job possible. Along the way, he explained to my husband what the problems were and what he was doing to fix it, answering all of my husband's numerous questions. We are extremely pleased with the service that we received, and the patience he showed us and courteous way that he answered our questions. I thought Teddy did a decent job fixing my air conditioning. However, he charged me to put my thermostat back on which I could have done myself. He didn't let me know initially that he would have to charge me for that. He should have been up front and honest about what he would have to charge for instead doing it on the back end. I called reliable heating and air when I thought I was calling another company. They showed up promptly and did a great job and their service charge was actually less than a current service company I was using. I've used them 100% since then for my rental homes and have always had a great experience. I've had three or four different service techs and they all are very professional and knowledgeable. As Murphy's Law dictates, my A/C stopped working in the middle of a 3- Day week-end and my husband was working out of town. Using Google Maps, I found Reliable Heating & Air. Rather than calling I used the online contact form. Within 4 hours Mike B. called and arranged to come that afternoon. He diagnosed the issue right away, had the necessary part on his truck, and had it fixed by 5:00. What a relief! I ve used Reliable a few times now. They are very consistent with respect to job quality and response. Their weekend response was especially prompt and affordable. Other companies never even responded by the time Reliable was finished. The first time I used them they walked me through a problem on the phone for no charge. I would definitely recommend them.
