I woke up with the temps in my home at 66 degrees as we were having our cold front. I called Reliable and a representative, Cameron, was at my door in less than 30 minutes! He diagnosed the problem, had the part needed and fixed it in no time! He also was very nice and courteous. That's why I have been a customer for over 25 years. 02/17/15 |

I'm very pleased with the service provided by Reliable H/A through about 15 yrs.
Teddy was the one who came this week and he was a very prompt and efficient tech. He's very polite and answered all question. If I have to call for service in the future I would be pleased to have Teddy come to my rescue.
Mary is also a wonderful employee and is always so nice and helpful. I enjoy talking with her.

I was well pleased with Dan R. when he came to check our heat.It was late in the evening when we found out the heat pump had stopped and within twenty minutes Dan was there. I am now changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars because Reliable called and scheduled a followup appointment, saying they guarantee their work. A 2nd Service Pro came and found some wiring problems which caused the defrosting system to malfunction. He repaired the wires at no charge, cancelled the service charge and cost of the contact replaced on the first visit, and only charged us a service charge for the 2nd visit. Even though they are not dealers selling Goodman heat pumps, they honored the warranty! Thank you Reliable for your dedication and "reliable" work. Our heat pump worked perfectly last night! I am now changing my former rating from 4 to a 5 star! Reliable called and scheduled a followup service call because their work is guaranteed and the first service call did not solve our problem. Since our unit is still under warranty, the cost of the replaced contactor was refunded and the first service call cancelled. Our second tech found a wiring problem and repaired it at no charge. The part on this old machine had to be ordered, but he was here as promised by Mon. AM and called to say he was on his way. I'm new to heat pumps, but he politely answered my questions. Teddy S. is an invaluable asset to your business operations. He demonstrated expert knowledge and skill in his craft as he diagnosed and cleared a clogged condensate drain on my Maytag Dual-Fuel HVAC system on the coldest day of the season thus far in 2015. It was providential that a scheduled bi-annual system inspection had already been scheduled for the very day that the blower fan tripped out due to the clog.
Teddy and his partner quickly corrected the problem, restored heat and completed the inspection. My experience with your technicians indicate that they are all highly trained, but I would welcome an individual with his outgoing personality and expertise for future service and/or inspections!
