Dale did a great job doing the water test and explaining everything thoroughly. I ended up going with the EC4 unit for a number of reasons, the warranty being one of the top reasons. Dan and Dominic came out to do the install and were also very nice and professional. They had the unit installed in less than an hour. Jerrad has been recommended to us by our neighbor Bob Steward, as an excellent technician. I called Jerrad and had him coming out to talk about options for our water system; he explained to us what the best option for our water treatment would be. My husband and I were very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge in the field, in special that we had a previous estimate done by a different company and, that was not comparison between Jerrad and the other technician! With no hesitation we did take the decision to go with Rain Soft, because we trusted Jerrad in everything he was saying, since it made sense. Trust was build right the way! Besides his unquestionable knowledge and dedication to his work, Jerrad is a very honest, reliable and very polite and kind person. His expertise is undisputable, and he has very high people skills. The job he performed exceeded our expectation and it made us feel like he is a member of our family that worked for us! Jerrad was always on time, calling ahead and explaining step by step what he will or had done. He has a very high work ethic, contacting the company when we had things that we would like to be change, getting answers right the way, minimizing by that, the time the work was done and that was what worked well for us. Nathan, Jared and Dominic were awesome, honest and fast. I was very surprised to see your Rain soft products works as well as they said. I love the Clean Start system, it cleans the clothes and freshens the laundry room! The total installation time was just over an hour!!! And my well water tastes great now, thanks to Rain Soft! It’s worth every dollar.

If you want clean drinking water and whole house filtration, you should contact "RainSoft of Northern Michigan, based in Flushing, MI. We just had our water changed from our prior system, and we feel it is the best we have ever had. The sales agent will answer any questions you have and test your water showing you the results, recommending the best system for you. He is friendly and very knowledgeable . The workers that install the system are quick, efficient at their job, and answer any further questions you may have. I highly recommend RainSoft to anyone who wants good water. I have the worst water imaginal . My water wasn't even drinkable. The water is so hard, Rusty and so salty, everyone around me within a 5 mile radius has drinking water delivered. Not me !! My water now is better than Bottle water quality you get from delivery water companies or stores.On top of that, I had the Best installer that anyone could have. Dan was very knowledgeable and experienced at installing the Water System and R/O System in my home. Very curteous , respectful and informative. Cleaned up any messes. Didn't even know anyone was here to install anything. If anyone is looking for a Great Water Softner System or R/O drinking Water system, Rainsoft is the way to go ! This is the second system I"ve had installed after 12 years of service out of the older system from Rainsoft.. The only reason I needed a newer system was because my salt water well ate my system up with iron from my well. It still worked but was becoming old and I needed a more updated system with more fresh drinking water storage and an Additional Iron removal sytem that i didn't have before. Dan Phelan from the Flushing, Michigan Store was my Installer and Rainsoft needs to give this guy alot of Gratitude for the work he does for their Customers. Top notch Installer !! Dale, a very fine rep. from RainSoft of Northern Michigan,based in Flushing, Mi., gave my wife and me a thorough explanation and demonstration of his water-testing procedure from samples taken out of our kitchen faucet and our Brita Pitcher of filtered water. He was very
friendly, courteous, and patient. He answered all of our questions and was not a "high-powered" sales type when it came to demonstrating our city water's quality and need for a supplementary system to improve our household water.
